Our team at Paradise Properties is passionate about helping others in our local beach community, supporting national cancer research, advocating for animal welfare, and giving back to some of our favorite organizations throughout the year.
Recently, we’ve started a monthly PARADISE GIVES BACK program, where our friends, family and followers on Facebook can ‘like our post and enter the name of their favorite charity’ and we randomly will choose one to make a monthly donation. We think this promotes community, a sense of paying it forward, and allows others to see they can share their passions to make a difference.

Around the holidays, we usually support a charity that provides gifts to children and food to families in need.
Throughout the year, there are two organizations we support that have a personal connection with our Paradise family:
- Pelotonia- Founded in 2008, Pelotonia was established with the objective to fund innovative cancer research. As a centerpiece of its year-round fundraising efforts, Pelotonia hosts a three-day experience that includes a weekend of cycling, entertainment and volunteerism. Since its founding, Pelotonia has raised over $236 million for cancer research.

- Alaqua Animal Refuge – An independent, nonprofit organization located on Florida’s Emerald Coast; the premier no-kill refuge advocating for the general welfare and humane treatment of animals.
