First Watch

One of the first breakfast recommendations we’ll make for your beach getaway is First Watch Breakfast Pointe Marketplace, which will provide you with a breakfast that will give you the energy needed to tackle your day into shape. First Watch seeks not only to provide customers with food made from the freshest of ingredients, but to show that they put You First, their creed of service that they will do what it takes to give you a dining experience that will keep you coming back for more.

The Menu at First Watch Breakfast Pointe Marketplace

First Watch restaurant greets every customer with a pot of their Project Sunrise coffee, so you’ll be awake and alert for the rest of your breakfast. And what a breakfast you can have if you order the Traditional Breakfast: two cage-free eggs any style, your choice of meat (choose from bacon, smoked ham, chicken sausage patties, turkey or pork sausage links), whole grain toast, preserves, and seasoned potatoes. If you’re eating healthy and lighter, First Watch has items such as A.M Superfoods Bowl (made with coconut milk chia seed pudding, bananas, berries, blackberry preserves and granola) and the Tri-Athlete, an egg white omelet with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and served with pico de gallo, whole grain toast, preserves and fresh fruit.

Season Specials

Some specials are so special they just have to be shared, like the mixed berry brioche toast served with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, lemon ricotta cream, granola and crème anglaise; or the million dollar smoked bacon (not actually a million dollars) that’s baked with black pepper, brown sugar, cayenne, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Or if you want something to yourself, grab a braised short rib benedict with seasoned potatoes or a truffled wild mushroom frittata. Vegetarians can try the butternut squash bisque, a butternut squash soup enriched with carrot, nutmeg, sour cream and fresh herbs. And of course, it wouldn’t be fall without spiced pumpkin pancakes, served with two cage-free eggs cooked any style and a chicken sausage patty.

Specialty Drinks

First Watch’s fall menu also has three juices on tap. There’s the kale tonic, made from kale, Fuji apple, English cucumber, and lemon; the carrot crush, made with carrot, orange, coconut water, turmeric, and lemon; and the morning meditation, made with orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, beet, and agave nectar.
