With off-street parking for one vehicle and its close proximity to all Rosemary has to offer, guests may find that driving becomes an optional indulgence during their vacation. It's important to note that this property does not provide access to the main house, including the private pool or inside garage, offering exclusive use of the top floor carriage house for a more private and intimate stay.

"Our stay was amazing! The location of this house is unbeatable. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the heart of Rosemary! Truly cannot beat the location. It was clean, and we had plenty of towels. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice little house

"We stayed for 5 nights. I think the best thing about this property is it’s location. Very close to Rosemary beach. Very close to beach. Property is very small. It’s very ideal for a couple. You can book with kids too honestly since you spend most of your time outside. Bed turned to a king bed which wasn’t that bad as well. Since space was very limited I would get rid off the table under the tv and the Bambo chair. They took so much unnecessary space. I wasn’t with internet connection. I wish it was better but not the biggest deal. So overall I was happy with the property.

Charming Carriage House

"Wonderful little carriage house right in close proximity to all the fun things in Rosemary Beach. Everywhere we went was only a couple minute bike ride away. The house itself was perfect for my wife and I. The space is very well thought out. We would definitely stay at this property again when we come visit next.

"This was a perfect location and cute carriage house. Bed was comfortable and space had a cozy vibe. I would recommend they add more shelves to the bathroom, maybe a couple of hooks on the wall or behind door to hang towels (there are none) and add a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries. We struggled on where to put those things. Also a mirror somewhere else (outside bathroom) would be nice. Overall our stay was great and would definitely consider staying again. We would maybe just bring some 3M hooks next time. ;)

"We enjoyed our time at The Carriage. I wish there would have been more towel hooks for bath and beach towels to dry. I also was unaware of the water spout outside the house to help wash off sand. A broom would have been so nice to have to keep the sand out of the house. We enjoyed our stay though very much. It’s such a great location!
