"We had rented a carriage house a few doors down that was NOT as depicted online so we decided to relocate at the last minute. This place was a comfy, cute oasis and even closer to the beach access than the other: bonus!

"Great location, short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants! Our flat was nice and quiet, only challenge was lack of counter space for bathroom. Communication from Paradise Properties was outstanding and accommodating! Will definitely book with them when we return!!

Winston Flat

"Overall a nice property! Check in was easy. Walking distance to the square. It is about a 2 mile drive to the public beach. Only negative thing is around dark a beeping noise started. Sounded like it came from outside in the main house area. Typical it would last until early morning. But my husband and I enjoyed our stay!

"Great place to stay for a couple. Only complaint was that the WiFi was out and we couldn’t find the router. We didn’t attempt to contact anyone about this because we weren’t inside enough for it to matter much.

Relaxing and beautiful

"The rental company was so amazing to work with! They answered any question I had very quickly and were so professional. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean and cute! It’s small, but cozy. There’s no ice machine or freezer, but there’s a gas station less than a minute from the unit and it was easy and convenient to access. The water from the shower does come out of the door, so make sure you put a towel down. The ac unit can’t go lower than 70 degrees, so if you get warm at night, bring a fan. We did all of these things and really enjoyed our stay. The beach access is less than 5 minutes away and Rosemary Beach is only a 5 minute walk. We didn’t need to drive many places and that was so nice! Alys and Seasode beach are about 15 minutes away if you’re walking. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

"Small but very nice place for 1-2 people. Very easy walk to the beach. Management was responsive and helpful, bring your own toiletries as only soap was provided.

The unit is small but more than adequate for two people. A couple of folding chairs would be nice as well. It would have been nice to sit outside in the evening but the unit has no chairs. Other than that, we had a great time.
