"Casa al Mare 30A is an absolute gem that exceeds all expectations! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcome bottle of wine and a beach bag filled with goodies. It is an elegant blend of luxury and laid-back beach vibes. The spaciousness of this newly built home is perfect for large families, and every detail has been meticulously thought out to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The chef’s kitchen is a dream—equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, or you can bring in a chef to do it for you. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, rivaling those in the finest six-star hotels. Whether you’re grilling in the BBQ area, lounging by the pool, or taking the trolley to the beach or nearby village, every moment here feels like a getaway within a getaway. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s at the center of 30A. You’re just a short walk from fantastic breakfast spots at Alys Beach like Fonville Press Market and Raw & Juicy and upscale dining in Rosemary Beach at Pescado’s stunning rooftop (must make reservations) or Edward’s. Sundays are a treat with the nearby farmers market and a short drive will take you to old Florida Grayton Beach where you must go to Red’s for a drink. Casa almMare 30A is designed for relaxation, from the cozy front porch rocking chairs to the upstairs terrace with an outdoor TV and bar. For beach days, there’s a closet full of chairs and other amenities, and when you return, you can shower in the outdoor shower, recharge your electric vehicle right in the private parking area. The kids will love the room with bunk beds that sleeps 4-6 kids. The large dining table seats 12 comfortably, with an additional 4 spots at the counter, making family meals a breeze. This home truly offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and beachside charm, sleeping 14 guests with ease. It’s a perfect retreat where no detail has been spared!

"Our stay at this stunning vacation rental in Seacrest Beach, Florida, was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and elegance of this brand-new 2024 home. The house is impeccably designed with modern touches, spacious living areas, and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Sleeping 14 comfortably, it was the perfect choice for our group. The bedrooms are luxurious, and the common areas are ideal for gathering, whether for a meal or just relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, although we couldn’t resist trying the incredible nearby restaurants—just a short walk away! Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, you are right in the heart of the 30A area. We loved exploring these charming communities, each offering unique shops, eateries, and gorgeous scenery. The white sandy beaches are just a stone’s throw away, and with the private beach access, we could enjoy the pristine shoreline without any hassle. The amenities were top-notch. We took full advantage of the bicycles to explore the area, the beach chairs provided for a comfortable day by the water, and the community pool was a refreshing treat in the afternoons. The private beach access was the cherry on top, giving us the perfect spot to soak up the sun and unwind. This home truly offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, luxurious retreat with easy access to everything the 30A area has to offer. We can’t recommend it enough and are already planning our return trip!

"We had the most amazing family vacation at Casa Al Mare. Our daughter brought some friends so we had 4 teenagers and 4 adults in total. The house was brand new, beautifully furnished and super clean. There was plenty of space for the kids to do their own thing upstairs and not be bothered by the adults. They loved the upstairs outdoor balcony with string lights and minifridge. They rode bikes over to Rosemary and Alys everyday to get ice cream, candy and souvenirs. We loved catching the trolley outside the front door to the beach and the pool was amazing. Will be coming back next year and maybe even in the cooler months to enjoy the fresh air with less crowds. Highly recommend Casa Al Mare.

"My family went to this beautiful house and we had an amazing time. She had everything that we ever needed and more. I definitely recommend anyone that wants to go to 30 to rent this house.

Amazing Rental !

"This is by far the best house I have ever rented for our annual family vacation to the beach. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how clean the house was. Everything was perfectly organized and ready for our arrival. The kids loved the kids room bunk beds and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us, this will be our new rental every year for our annual beach trip. It’s very nice how close the home is to the beach and local restaurants. After our long day at the beaches we enjoyed relaxing on the deck of the home using the grill and finished each night off with watching a movie with the kids on the upstairs patio which contains a tv. If you are looking for a great family oriented beach house to rent for your next vacation this is the one!
