ABOUT COMPLETELY COASTAL:
Welcome to Completely Coastal and its carriage house, Sol Surfer, located in the prestigious gated community of Carillon Beach. This charming property consists of a main house and carriage house, offering accommodation for up to 13 guests. Situated just one block away from the beach access, guests also have the privilege of enjoying three community pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Ideal for a family vacation, the property provides ample space and privacy.

The main house features sleeping arrangements for 9 guests, with a queen bedroom on the first floor, two king suites on the second floor, and a bunk room also on the second floor. The first floor boasts an open-concept living area and kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker for keeping beach beverages cool.

The carriage house comprises a first-floor queen bedroom with a full bath, while the second floor features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a half bath, and an efficient kitchen. Additionally, the carriage house is equipped with its own washer and dryer.

The guests of Completely Coastal have access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily (excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas). Furthermore, the property offers a natural gas grill situated between the two homes for hosting afternoon barbecues, a selection of beach toys, and parking space for up to 4 vehicles, which includes both a private driveway and on-street parking.

Known for its pristine white sandy beaches and emerald waters, Carillon Beach offers a serene retreat for visitors seeking a tranquil coastal getaway. The community features a mix of luxurious homes, upscale amenities, and a charming village center with shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy leisurely strolls along the pedestrian-friendly paths, relax by the community pools, or engage in outdoor activities like biking, tennis, and watersports. With its idyllic setting and upscale ambiance, Carillon Beach provides a perfect setting for a memorable beach vacation.

"We have been coming to Carillon for 20+ years. This is one of the BEST houses we have stayed in! Perfect location, house very nice and well stocked, perfect layout for our large family. We try to stay at a different house every year but will definitely look at rebooking this one!

Great Vacation Home!

"Enjoyed our stay at these beautiful houses and had a great time at the beach. The beach is just a few steps away and we relaxed on the beautiful white sand beach. We then went back to the house and made margaritas using the ice from the ice machine and sat out on the front porch to enjoy! We will be back!

"We had a wonderful family vacation at Completely Coastal. This gated community is adorable filled with beautiful homes, streets lined with trees, fun walkways, basketball, tennis/pickle ball courts, two pools, private beach access and each home with their own unique name. The house comes with 2 beach lounges and an umbrella. The home had everything we needed for our family of 7 and 3 grandkids - an open format downstairs family area, large dinning table that seats 8 comfortably, bar seating for 4, screened in porch downstairs, open porch upstairs with a great swing bed, private bathrooms for each bedroom and even beach toys for the kids. We walked to pizza one night at the local restaurant with the grandkids. The beach pool was perfect. The general pool was closed being replastered. Would love to return for another family vacation.
