Welcome to Cool Breeze, a charming "old Florida" beach cottage nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Inlet Beach. This two-story beach house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, accommodating up to 10 guests in comfort. Guests can relish the soothing sounds and refreshing sea breeze of the ocean from the expansive wrap-around deck, just a brief 3-minute walk from the white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Escape to Cool Breeze and immerse yourself in the leisurely delights of Inlet Beach!

The first floor features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom, detached from the main house with a private entrance and patio for morning coffee indulgence. This room is perfect for guests seeking privacy or avoiding stairs, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

On the second floor, the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and stunning views. Adjacent to this is a designated "bunk room" with 3 twin bunk beds, ideal for accommodating up to 6 children or teens, complete with its own bathroom. The second floor also hosts a new kitchen, a generous family room and dining area, and two additional seating areas on the wrap-around deck, perfect for cooking and relaxing while keeping an eye on the kids enjoying the new pool below. As a special amenity, two bike rentals are provided for guests during their weekly stay, delivered upon arrival.

The newly constructed pool, enclosed by a fence, offers comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for a relaxing day under the sun. Ample parking is available, and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach are easily accessible by a short bike ride. Additionally, Pier Park, top golfing facilities, and a variety of dining and shopping options are just a short drive away.

"We had a great stay at Cool Breeze in Inlet Beach. Loved the “old Florida” style house and enjoyed the private pool. The beach was a very short walk and not crowded. Our daughter and her husband enjoyed the private room downstairs. We had a wonderful stay and were happy we were able to bring our dogs along on the trip!! We hope to visit again next summer.
