"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eastern Shores 206. We loved having the corner unit with a spectacular view! The dolphins were active right in front of us for a while. The sun was shining and the beach was pristine. We will be back - sooner rather than later, we hope.

"We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach which is hard to find in 30A. It does state off main road and it is located on a dead end. You hear no traffic very quiet place to stay. I do like to walk and from this condo you do not walk to get coffee. The property has two bikes to ride to get coffee, but my husband is not able to ride a bike due to Parkinson’s. It’s a short drive to Seaside which I loved for lunch and dinner. Nice comfy bed and we had two bathrooms which was nice for each of us.

"I would highly recommend staying here… the condo was very clean and the view was beautiful! The customer service was excellent too!!! We will definitely be back! One suggestion… a ceiling fan on the porch! When it is hot( we had heat index of 113 ) I think s fan will make it more enjoyable to sit on the porch!

"Although this property is not new or particularly glamorous, you cannot beat the location! It was wonderful to wake up to the glorious view of the ocean every day. Only recommendations would be to give guests a second key fob for beach access; replace many of the pans, utensils; and maybe add a small dresser to bedroom. Would definitely stay here again...

"The view from this unit can’t be beat. And it is very nicely updated. We also appreciated being able to check in early and check out later than the posted times, which doesn’t always work out but did so this time. That was great! Best vacation ever!

"We loved our stay at Eastern Shores 206! The easy access to a private beach and in a location perfectly located in a not overly tourist area. Eastern Shores provided the perfect space for our family to escape the day to day and recharge. We were a little concerned about not having a pool, but our kids never mentioned a pool the entire week we were there. The unit was modern, super clean, and provided the perfect amount of space for our family to relax while not on the beach, the views were breathtaking, and the use of space for the bunk beds were perfect for our family. My wife and I appreciated having our kids close to us, but also the option of having a separate room to enjoy a Netflix date night or drinks on the balcony at listening to the waves come in off the Gulf. Another nice feature was the pullout bed which provided a perfect location for our family movie nights. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The only heads up I would provide is have your code ready outside of the app before you get down to the property. The wifi provided worked perfectly, but the cell phone data can be a struggle, which did not allow us to pull up the app when we first arrived. I would also recommend to stock up on groceries before you come. Publix isn't too far away, but with peak 30a traffic it's an hour or more round trip. Lastly, be prepared to test your parking skills, the parking lot is tight, but that's to be expected with a property right on the beach. Our family is already planning our trip to 30a and we will be staying at Eastern Shores 206 again for sure!

"Recently stayed a few days at Seagrove. It was our first time visiting Florida. The view is amazing and the beach just steps away. The condo was clean. We did wish there had been a pool there and also that there was extra parking but other than that it was enjoyable. Grandkids had a blast

"Location: Having walked the beach for 30 days and inspecting the rest of the properties with a beachfront, ocean view, Eastern Shores was in top 95%. A few steps down and there it was, the beach. Easy access to the grocery stores, eateries, and the 30A bike path. Panama City Beach is just a jump away via rt 98 to the east and a stone through away from Destin to the west. Best of all, Eastern Shores is tucked away in a quite nice little neighborhood. The Beach : As said before a few easy steps and there it is. More beach than anyone can walk. The dolphins, the gulls, the sand pipers, the herons, all hung around looking for a handout, which made for great evening entertainment getting rid of stale bread. People : Would have to say that this is a most agreeable area as everyone is all "Please and Thank Yous". In 30 days we heard sirens once, and that was the fire department responding to a fire. Never once was there a moment that I or my spouse ever felt in danger. Getting out of the way of faster bike riders on the path was the worst threat experienced. A stern "passing on your left" quickly pushed me back to reality that the world was not mine and needed to be shared. The unit, 206, that we called home for 4 weeks was very well done and would love to go back next year. We brought in some food and our toys and the rest of what we needed to live there like at home was supplied. All kitchen needs were ample and nicely laid out. Plenty of countertop to display your commodities. The sitting and sleeping accommodations were above average and very comfortable. Although there were only 2 of us, the unit could sleep 4 adults and 2 children if needed. An easy climb up to the second floor made the ocean view all that much better from the spacious 2 sliding doors facing south. Plenty of air conditioning both warm and cool made the indoors a nice refuge. In my opinion, staying at Eastern Shores is a win win, Nobody loses.

Very pretty condo for our family of 4

"We really enjoyed our stay at eastern shores unit 206. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a fun, beachy vibe. The condo was well stocked with all of the pots, pans and cooking implements that we needed-although the surrounding restaurants in the area are fantastic and there are lots to choose from. We had a good bit of rain, but the fabulous gulf view from the condo made watching storms a lovely experience, We had plenty of blankets, towels & starter supplies. We also really enjoyed the two bikes that came with the condo. Very fun. One drawback that we noticed is that due to the close proximity to eastern lake/pine trees surrounding the lake, the afternoon tide pulled dark brown water out directly in front of the condo’s beach area. We chose to walk further past the condos beach area, crossed a little stream and set up on the opposite side to avoid the murky water. It added a little more of a trek but not too bad. The sand is fabulous and the gulf water was clear and beautiful once we moved over a little bit. This was not an issue in the morning when the tide was pushing in to the lake, and in fact the little stream was clear and very fun to play in for our children early on every day. Very enjoyable beach visit overall.

"Beautifully appointed condo right on the beach! Most amazing sunrise and sunset views! Loved the location as it was quiet and secluded, away from the hustle and bustle. The management team is friendly and quick to respond. They gave us restaurant recommendations and even left us a sweet note for our Anniversary. The complimentary bicycles were put to the test as we biked over 50miles exploring the little towns and the long stretches of beach. It was our first time visiting the panhandle beaches and we’re not disappointed! Highly recommend this condo and area. Book now!

Great Spot on the Beach

"Great spot right on the beach. 2nd floor unit has 2 flights of stairs but only 3 steps down to the sand from the condo unit which was ideal with a little one in tow. The condo was clean and well kept with plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking and eating in (including a regular coffee pot and Keurig). We loved the balcony views overlooking the ocean. Our only slightly picky note is that the king bed is very noisy and squeaks/creaks with every movement and each time you turn over (again, just a note for others) overall a very minor inconvenience all things considered. We will definitely come back and stay again!

"We booked this condo for a week to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Because of the special occasion, and because we spent a bit more on this condo than we typically do for accommodations, I was anxious about whether it would live up to the pictures and reviews. I shouldn't have worried at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Beach access is excellent. It was about 200 steps from our front door to our beach chairs. This property is very quiet and restful. There's no through traffic on the road where it is located. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to other communities on 30A, such as Seaside and Watercolor. There was even a bottle of wine and a nice note with anniversary wishes waiting for us when we arrived. I highly recommend this property, and I hope to stay here again someday myself.

"My stay was perfect for Christmas week. The view was spectacular and even though it was cooler, the sunsets were glorious and there were several days I saw dolphins. This is a great time of year to visit because the beaches aren't crowded and the sand seems really flat, which is great for long walk along the beach!

"Super nice with recent remodeling which is tastefully done. Loved the view from a nice balcony - a perfect place to watch the sunsets. Great for a couple, bunks for 2 children, and possibly another couple could sleep on the pullout sofa. Good location on 30A. I would definitely recommend. No pool which would have been nice, but the property does not have any place for one.

"This is a great little condo right on the beach with a positively fabulous view! I recommend it for a couple, family of two children or possibly two couple with one sleeping on the pullout sofa. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the large counter space. Sitting out on the deck was perfect all day long with having the best seat to enjoy the sunsets. The unit has recently been renovated and it was really nicely done. Pictures were just like it was when you walked in. I recommend staying here for sure.

"This condo was perfect for us. The ocean view was amazing! The condo was in excellent condition and was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect being right between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Lots of excellent restaurants are close by. We will definitely rent this unit again!

"This coastal gulf front location and panoramic views from the balcony can't be beat! Kids enjoy wading in the shallow waters of Eastern Lake, while adults are able to enjoy the beach at the same time. This condo is fully updated from top to bottom. Perfect location and beautiful beachfront condo!

"The property is clean, fresh, comfortable and well laid out. The corner location provides a lovely view. Kitchen equipment well stocked (but bring your coffee filters!). Although it did not bother me, be aware that the air conditioning units for some of the condos are on this side, so noise may be an issue, especially in the height of the summer. Beach access very easy. Paradise 30A was easy to contact and responsive to questions.
