"This condo was perfect for our mother-daughter trip. Everything was in working order and the condo was spotless on arrival. Communication with both the owner and Paradise Properties was outstanding. We had some travel/weather issues and they really tried to go above and beyond to help us out. In addition, Julie was kind enough to offer recommendations (and good conversation) during the week when we had questions. The area is beautiful- the beach was just gorgeous, so clean. Another perk is there barely any walk to the beach, you go to the back of the condo, down 3 steps and there it is. Renting chairs and an umbrella was easy. We are so grateful for all of it! Nice condo on the beach

"We've been to this condo on the beach for many years and it never gets old. The views are fantastic. It was really nice to walk into a clean condo after a long drive. Paradise Properties does a great job making sure the condo is clean and ready for our arrival, always. And you just can't beat the views! We went after Christmas, and it was pleasant enough to golf and to ride bikes in the sunshine. We look forward to returning to Eastern Shores 209 and working with Paradise Properties again. "We visited the beach in October and found the water to be beautifully clear and just warm enough to wade into. "Exactly what we hoped for, the condo was very inviting, clean, and well equipped. When we opened the front door, our eyes went directly to the beautiful blue-green ocean, and our vacation had begun! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and we often ate on the balcony to enjoy the gulf views. The staff at Paradise Properties was so nice and great to work with. "I can't say enough great things about this condo. The condo is just lovely, updated, comfortable and clean. The owner is very conscientious and will return calls pronto. What really makes this unit extra special is its location. You can almost touch the sea from your balcony. The location on 30A is also great because there are fewer people on this side of the 30A strip. It makes for nicer beach walks. Also, gushing now, if you walk up the beach for about a mile there is a park area has a beautiful, unspoiled, marshy, lake that is so special. I am a painter so I jumped for joy when I saw it. Kept me very busy painting.

"Had a wonderful time at Eastern Shores-209! The condo was very clean and updated. The condo was located right on the ocean with easy access to the beach. Its location was perfect on 30A, just minutes to Seaside and Rosemary. The only down side I would say would be the parking. Its VERY tight and if you have a larger vehicle (We have a Chevrolet Traverse) and it is hard to get in and out of the spot. Esp if the person parking next to you doesn't park perfectly within the lines.There is only one spot for this condo and they are labeled, so parking in another spot isn't an option. And the parking lot was always full. We left with several door dings due to the tight parking. We also came back to a realtor in our spot one time and had to wait for her to move to park. Overall we would recommend this condo. It had everything we needed and was in a great location.

"Overall our vacation here was outstanding. We so appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the owners emailing us information and recommendations prior to our vacation- thank you!! The condo is ocean front with a spacious balcony and perfect unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean. We loved being literally steps from the beach so we did not have to carry our beach gear far at all. Sprayer / shower also conveniently located. The condo was clean, updated, with everything we needed and plenty of towels. Reserved parking spot made parking a breeze as this is a busy part of the beach - also a bonus! The only complaint we have is noisy neighbors made it difficult to sleep at times. Highly recommend!

"This is an excellent property. Nicely maintained, well-equipped, and easy communication with owners and property managers. Located in a quiet, family-friendly, small condo building. "The view from the balcony is exactly what you see in the photo. Gorgeous beach. The condo is cute, tidy, clean, and very well stocked. For example, they gave us more towels than we used the whole week. Kitchen has everything we needed and more. The owners are very attentive before you go and when you arrive, they called and asked if we had everything you need. (We also got in several hours early, and they called to let us know that.) We rented bikes and chairs and it made it all that much nicer. The only down side is that there are offensive placards with "Keep of private beach" signs, that ruin the view during the hours they sit there. It's like they want to fix a problem that does not exist, and it just serves to cheapen the property and view. My hunch is that this practice won't continue as most beaches don't put up such signs, even though they could.

"Oh how nice it was to escape to the beach while it was COLD back home! Though the ocean was too cool to swim in, we did see a surfer brave the waters, and we enjoyed walking the sandy shore scooping up a few shells. "The condos are not new, but this unit is recently renovated and has everything you need. Just as pictured. My wife and I got away for her birthday and were very pleased with the accommodations. We had dinner on the balcony overlooking the gulf. It is a very short walk from condo to water, you feel like you are right on top of the water. Low key area in Seagrove, but we rode bikes to Seaside and drove the short trip to Alys Beach for shopping and restaurants. We loved the area and the condo!

"We come to 30A every year and have stayed at Eastern Shores before but this was our first stay in Mrs. Julie's unit. The condo was very clean and the updated paint gave it a fresh feel. The unit had a bit more than you typically see in rentals, there were movies, books, and games, which were great. The kitchen had all the necessary offerings, even some coffee filters, which we needed. My only complaint is not about the unit but the property. The stairs and walkway leading to the beach, past the water hose, are overgrown with grass. Some maintenance is needed here. Obviously not a huge deal, just a bit annoying. Maybe we caught it at a bad time.

"This was our 4th year staying in Eastern Shores 209. After missing out on our winter get- away last year we could not wait to get back to the Panhandle and “I see the sea”. It is our home away from home and we feel so comfortable there. The owners, Mark & Julie are absolutely the best owners you can rent from. They, along with the great people at Paradise Properties will do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and attend to your needs. The upgrades that have been made over the last two years in 209 are very impressive and only add to what was an already great condo. The location is absolutely perfect with close proximity to great local restaurants, farm markets and super market chains. We found a great new Italian Restaurant in Destin called Mimmo's and the best fish we had was at the Perfect Pig just up the street and of course Café 30A is always exceptional. We had an absolutely wonderful stay this year and are already looking forward to our 2019 visit. We highly recommend “I see the Sea” to anyone wanting a great vacation in the Panhandle.
