"House was spotless! And It was obvious that a deep cleaning had been done prior to our arrival, which meant the world to me considering the time we’re living in. The house has every kitchen utensil you could imagine, and the grill was spotless and ready to use as well. Showers were spotless, sheets looked brand new, and not a spec of sand on the floors. We enjoyed the back deck every evening, and wish we had brought our doggies since the fencing is well maintained. Being on a dead end street meant no traffic and lots of quiet nights. Mattresses were very comfortable, and closets very spacious. Easy access to Grayton. We walked to the trolley daily. Superb rental for a great price! Will be back next summer!

"Really great location! Only issues we had were the fridge not getting very cold and the left side of the French door not locking just right. Other than that, it’s walking distance to shops and a quick ride to the state park entry for beach days. Wish there weren’t so many fees but that’s just how things are these days I guess
