* Must sign rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking or subject to cancellation
* A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. per pet. A non-refundable $50 pet fee applies per pet. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
* Must Be 25 years or older

"This was a quick decision to make this trip and I am so glad we did. From initial booking to the day we left, everything was well communicated. Loved the welcome goodie bag we got. The condo was very clean and had provided everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach, which was stunning. Overall, our family had the best time and we plan on booking here again.
