Welcome to Inlet Sands, a studio condominium situated in Inlet Beach at the Inlet Sands Condominiums. Just a mere two-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico, this unit offers a picturesque view overlooking the pool and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

This second-floor studio features a queen Murphy bed, twin bunk beds built into the hallway, and a private balcony affording views of the pool. The queen-sized Murphy bed discreetly tucks into the spacious living room/dining room area. The unit boasts a full-size kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

Guests can enjoy a range of amenities in the complex, including beach access located a convenient 500 feet away, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and laundry facilities. Ideal for a couples retreat or a peaceful getaway, this condo provides a perfect setting for relaxation.

Inlet Beach offers easy access to the charming town of Rosemary Beach, just a short bike ride away. "Nice, small, family oriented property. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was that since it has a wall unit and no central a/c, the bathroom was HOT all the time.

Perfect stay at Inlet Sands

"My husband and I spent a week at Inlet Sands and had a wonderful time. The condo is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Because the whole unit is relatively small it was very peaceful. Just a very short walk to the beach and short bike ride to Rosemary Beach. We usually stay on the other end of 30A in Seagrove but it has gotten to crowded with golf carts everywhere! It’s much more peaceful on the Inlet end. We rented bikes using the service suggested on the app and it couldn’t have been easier. Just reserved them online and they delivered them and picked them up and we didn’t even need to come in from the beach! Paradise also left the best welcome bag at the condo with all the essentials like dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags etc… in the cutest beach bag! We will definitely be back.

"The property is in superb condition, and it’s equipped with everything a family may need for a vacation. The location is fantastic since its only a short walk to the beach. Very often we walked back and forward to get stuff we needed for our day at the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants are only a short drive away.

"The Studio/Condo was clean and perfect distance to the beach. It was just a short walk (short enough my 2.5 year old could walk) to the beautiful white sand beach.

"I have been staying at this unit for 7 years it’s great and has been redone. Love the new furnishings. The new Murphy bed is so comfortable. The bunks are great it like sleeping in a cocoon. The best place ever close to the beach. Maybe 30 steps white sand and blue water.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise30A. The studio was extremely clean, very charming and the kitchen was very well equipped. They provided enough pillows and covers for everyone. The best part is how close it is to the beach. The pool was a very good size and was kept clean. We felt save in the neighborhood. There are shops within walking and baking distance, and also Helen State Park is very close. We definitely recommend this studio, and definitely would come back.

Perfect spot for a relaxed getaway

"We enjoyed our quick beach trip. The condo was conveniently located within a super short walking distance to the beach. I much loved how I felt like I was in a quaint beach community. Perfect size for family of four. The bunk bed area had little air flow. The bathroom walls needed to be dusted as you could easily spot chunks of dust on the wall I'm assuming from the moisture and ceiling fan. The kitchen needs lighting improvements. We loved the pool. Parking was super convenient. Nice size shower which convenient location by door for when you need to jump straight in after going to the beach. All in all we had a rest stay.

"This place was perfect for us and our vacation! Great location to restaurants shopping and very short walk to the beach. Most of all very accommodating! We almost had to cancel because of one our dogs not feeling well and last minute they allowed us to bring him with us. Overall great experience!

Simplicity at its perfect best!

"Admittedly, we were initially unsure as we usually stay in a different area, in more extravagant accommodations... however after our wonderful experience here, it has changed the way we may enjoy future vacations because of its simplicity and “laid-back“ ambience. We absolutely loved the studio unit, and couldn't get over how impeccably clean and organized it was, which suited my OCD markers quite well! I was personally impressed with the cleanliness of the dishes and utensils; along with the way they were organized nicely in the drawers and cabinets. We tend to notice those things though! The furnishings, space, setting, and overall condition were excellent and I would highly recommend trying this area of 30A, if you really enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation that's more like a “retreat.” We were quite pleased and would like to return! The only thing we noticed was that the unit can become a little warm on very hot days with only a window unit, but there are fans available to help keep it cool, and it ended up being fine and we were able to sleep at night. Simple perfection here!

"I've never been to the beach during January, but this year was a first for us! Literally just steps to the beach, and this condo also has a private pool only for owners and guests. The condo is very well updated with everything you need. Brand new kitchen, huge shower in a nice sized bathroom, and a patio with a pool view and a beautiful palm tree. I was also surprised at how comfortable the Murphy bed was! I'll definitely make this condo my return spot for our vacations! I've been recommending this condo to my friends too.
