ABOUT LAGERHEADS:
Lagerheads is a secluded gem situated in the tranquil community of Inlet Beach adjacent to Rosemary Beach. Offering a comprehensive array of amenities, Lagerheads encompasses golf, sand, surf, WiFi, unique boutiques, and dining options. Guests can bask in the sun, take a dip in the pool, or leisurely walk to the pristine white sandy beaches just half a block away. The property presents an ideal setting for a perfect retreat, with a short walk or bike ride to neighboring destinations such as Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Aly's Beach.

Lagerheads is a two-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home that comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Recently refurbished, the home features new flooring on the second floor, updated bathroom vanities, modern appliances, and refreshed kitchen and decor.
Upon entering the main floor, guests are greeted with a charming kids' "hang out" area, complete with vibrant bean bag chairs and a flat-screen TV with Blue Ray/DVD player. Additionally, there is a kids' room with two bunk beds, each featuring a full-sized bed on the bottom bunk, catering to a total of six children. A king-sized bedroom and a newly renovated full bathroom with double sinks and a shower are also located on the first floor.

The second floor boasts an expansive open living area, dining space, and fully-equipped kitchen with ample seating for all guests. Guests can relax on the spacious open deck, grill, sip cocktails, and oversee the pool activities below. An alternative dining option is available on the large screened front porch, offering breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf. Furthermore, the second floor comprises a luxurious Master King Suite with a private bathroom, a large guest room with two queen beds, and a full bath in the hallway.

Guests can relish the expansive yard, ideal for children and pets, and partake in recreational activities such as volleyball, badminton, or cornhole, with equipment provided on the premises. Alternatively, guests can utilize the complimentary beach set or the four bicycles provided for further exploration. For added convenience, a new fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and an electric car charger have been recently installed for the benefit of environmentally conscious guests.

Inlet Beach is a charming beach neighborhood located along Florida s scenic Highway 30A. Known for its stunning white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere, Inlet Beach offers a peaceful coastal getaway for visitors seeking a more laid-back vacation experience. This quaint community is characterized by its quiet residential streets lined with beautiful beach cottages and upscale vacation homes, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.

Inlet Beach provides easy access to a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. The nearby Camp Helen State Park offers nature trails for hiking and birdwatching, while Lake Powell - one of Florida's largest coastal dune lakes - provides opportunities for boating and wildlife viewing. * Must sign rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking or subject to cancellation
* Must Be 25 years or older
* Maximum of 3 pets allowed. Weight limit is 50 lbs. A $250 pet fee applies. All pets must be approved in advance. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.

Family vacation with a proposal

"We had a great week at Inlet Beach. The house was perfect, and the walk to the beach was not bad. Our dogs loved the fenced in property, and the pool was delightful. We would recommend the house, and plan to return. My son proposed on the beach, and we celebrated with lunch on the screened in porch!

"This is a fantastic, beautiful and clean home. We stayed with our teenage daughters and mother in law and there was plenty of space for everyone. We also brought our small dog who loved the fenced in back yard. Having the activities out back were essential for something to do on chilly days. Paradise properties did a great job of communicating and making sure everything was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful Fall Beach

"Amazing ! What a pretty week at such a nice place. So close to everything that is 30A with the whites sand only a 4 minute walk !! (especially nice with little ones and grandma) The kids loved having the volleyball court and even jumped in the pool afterwards a few times; brrr. Definitely a return visit for this place!!!

Perfect Location and Amenities

"A left turn from the Lagerheads driveway leads you to the new beach access with restrooms, showers and lifeguards. A right turn takes you to the popular Shades restaurant, other dining & shopping the the magnificent Rosemary Beach. Bikes are not necessary, but so much fun. The property had so much outdoor space for kids and pets. Loved the pool and all the little spots to sit and relax. The crow's nest was the chef's kiss! Definitely will be back.

"We had an amazing vacation at Inlet Beach at Lagerhead. The house was perfect—plenty of space for all of us to spread out and it really is just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach. The backyard was a highlight with corn hole, a volleyball net, and a great pool area where we could relax in the shade after coming back from the beach (with maybe with a cocktail or two). Perfect for families with pets. Lots of different porch spaces to sit and relax. Location couldn’t be better—an easy bike ride or walk to restaurants and Rosemary Beach, which feels like Disney, but with better bars, restaurants, and shopping. If you’re looking for a great spot for a family vacation or with friends, you can’t go wrong with this house!

"Wow ! Such a great place with so much for the kids right here ! Loved having the pool with the additional fencing so the littles could play in the back but not get into the pool without us. Nice being only steps from the beach too as it is an easy walk for the kids. Think we'll come again -

Already Wanting to Stay at Lagerheads Again

"Lagerheads is a perfect location, 5 mins and your toes are in the sand. It is also a great walk to Rosemary Beach. Charming homes and beautiful views. If I had to pick a favorite spot it was the crows nest. The ocean breeze and views are amazing. The yard and pool are also great. The only negative, I did NOT want to leave.

"Lagerheads was a perfect place for our family and our dogs. The fenced in back yard that is connected to the side porch made it easy for the dogs to make themselves feel as at home as we were. And Paradise 30A was very accommodating to our requests. Even though we like to hop around, we will definitely consider returning next time.

"Wow ! What a place....so close to everything that is 30A and only 3 minute walk to the beach with NO stairs AND a bathroom. House was spacious and a terrific yard for the kids and dog; only thing that could have been better is if I had won at Badminton or Volleyball, oh well. Loved the covered upper deck with a full view of the ocean - great place to read and relax while the kids were in the pool. Definitely a return visit for this one -
