ABOUT LEEWARD 2-8 "SAND ANGELS":

Welcome to Sand Angels! This newly renovated pet-friendly beach-front condominium, with stunning views of the ocean and is conveniently located just steps away from the pristine white sands of the renowned Emerald Coast. The unit features a King master bedroom and twin hallway bunk beds accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.

Centrally situated, guests can enjoy leisurely mornings on the beach and explore the charming shops and restaurants along the picturesque 30A area either by bike or car in the afternoons. Sand Angels is an ideal retreat for couples or small families seeking a relaxing week at the beach or a romantic getaway.

Upon entering the unit, you will discover the king master bedroom to the left and a full bathroom located conveniently across the hall. Continuing down the hall, you will come across the twin hallway bunk beds leading to the living room, which boasts breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen and living area.

Step out onto your private balcony with a beverage of your choice, and relish the ocean breeze while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves gently lapping against the shore. Create unforgettable memories at Sand Angels and reserve your vacation today to experience the simple joys of life!

"We had a great stay over the Labor Day weekend. The unit was as advertised, completely updated and clean. The building itself is older and shows in some aspects, but the unit shines and having a vaulted living room ceiling being top floor made it feel a bit larger. Our son loved the hallway bunks, the patio furniture was very nice and the washer dryer set appeared newer and worked great. Check in was smooth and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Labor Day Stay

"We had a great stay over the Labor Day weekend in Sand Angels. The unit is as advertised, clean and updated. We appreciated the vaulted ceilings being on the top floor, which adds some room given the units are all 1 bedroom. Our son loved the hallway bunks. We had no issues and would not hesitate to return in a future trip.

"I was concerned originally due to the listing being in one place and the booking was for another just down the street. I have no idea what I missed out on but I can say that the place I ended up in was what I was expecting. Nicely equipped, clean with a great view from the 3rd floor. Price was reasonable and the service was excellent so I would recommend it and stay there again in the future.

"My wife, son, and I recently spent three nights at Leeward II-8, "Sand Angels," and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was beautifully updated, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location in Seagrove, FL, couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach and an easy drive to all the great spots along 30A. Paradise Properties made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we booked, they were in touch, checking in to make sure everything was going well. The welcome bag was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch—we really appreciated it. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Perfect and as advertised

"Newly remodeled condo was amazing for our four night stay. The updates were beautiful, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the views are perfection. Also a big thanks for the amenities bag complete with extra tp, paper towels etc. We had a great getaway and look forward to coming back. The only heads up I would give is the this is a third floor unit with many steps to conquer so pack those suitcases lightly.

"Condo is located in a perfect location and directly on the beach. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. You are a short biking distance from shops and restaurants. I had to call the management one time for an issue and they responded very promptly. Can’t wait to go back

"If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway on a private beach, this is it! Excellent location right in beach. View of the gulf and sunsets are fantastic. Beach chairs and umbrella included and set up for us each morning. Condo clean and decorated nicely! Would recommend and would stay here again!
