ABOUT ON THE BEACH:
This two-bedroom gulf front townhouse is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the beach. On The Beach is located in Inlet Beach and is one of the only spots along 30A that offer the easiest beach access with only 2 steps until your toes are in the sand!

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by the quaint décor of natural colors throughout and hardwood floors. The first floor offers a large kitchen with plenty of counter space. The large open living room offers a cozy sofa as well as flat screen tv and sliding glass doors that overlook the emerald coast waters. The dining area is just off the living room and offers seating for 6 and additional seating for 2 at the bar. You can also enjoy a beautiful day out on the patio which offers a BBQ grill and table with chairs. The first floor also offers a half bathroom and a washer and dryer.

The second floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom offers a large area with a King size bed and flat screen tv. The master bedroom has a balcony for you to enjoy the sound of the waves hitting the sand. Sit and enjoy on the 2 chaise loungers. The master bath offers 2 vanities and a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kids and grandkids with 2 sets of bunk beds. One offers a full on bottom and twin on top and the other offers twin over twin with a twin trundle. There is a TV to watch DVDs and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This two-bedroom Gulf Front townhome is nestled in the quaint neighborhood of Inlet Beach where you will experience what the beautiful coast has to offer with breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets. On the Beach is located only 1 mile to Rosemary Beach which offers shopping, dining and more for everyone to enjoy. During the summer months, catch a movie or live band out on the greens.

To enhance your stay, On The Beach comes with 2 complimentary Paradise Properties bikes, perfect for exploring the East side of 30A, Inlet Beach, and Rosemary Beach.

"Beautiful home and location! Comfortable beds! Easy check-in and good communication with the hosts. Loved sitting in the outdoor spaces when the wind was too cool to sit on the beach. The second bedroom is perfect for kids and has its own bathroom. Recommendations would be a few more coffee mugs, food storage with lids and a casserole dish or two. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

"Nice location, it rained everyday we where there. Patio door didn't lock correctly, maintenance fixed but still did not work. they did put a stick in door for us for safety.

"when you go to the beach, you want to be nearby good restaurants, good entertainment, and the water and on the beach you were literally on the beach three steps down 50 yards to the water easy access less than two minutes to some of the finest restaurants at Inlet beach

"The location was amazing. Publix and Walmart are very close by. The walk out to beach was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded. Plenty of things to do nearby. We will be booking again in the future.

"We loved being so close to the beach with a wide open view all across the beach facing side of the house. The layout is spacious and comfortable and there was seating in the den area (one of the sofas) that faces the view of the beach. Check in was super easy and overall helpful using an access code for the door and not keeping up with keys (or key card).

"This is the 2nd year in a row we had 2 month plus stay at "on the beach". Totally met our needs and place was very clean when we arrived. Had a couple small issues over the stay, but the staff immediately addressed and took care of them.

"The location is amazing. Best spot right at the beach. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for two people. If you are more people it could have more cups and teespoons. Overall our stay with beach view was great!

"We enjoyed a week in Paradise! The linens and towels were very clean and everything was in good shape. It is so convenient to be steps from the beach. Our monitor reached for the baby which was a plus for nap time! This is our fifth year coming to Inlet Beach and we love staying in these kind!

"On the beach was a perfect place for our summer beach vacation. The easy access to the water and white sand really made our week memorable. The townhouse was spacious and very comfortable. "This was a vacation we will never forget! The location is perfect/ especially with young kids, who are in and out of the water. THE best! Bikes are a must and such an easy, beautiful bike ride into all the perfect spots; coffee, food, shops, you name it! Would highly recommend!

Really “on the beach”

"AIRBNB REVIEW: You can not beat the proximity to the beach! Very easy to go back and forth from the house to the beach. I got too much Sun the first day so spent more time inside on day two. I was able to sit on the couch and feel like I was right on the beach because I pretty much was! That is exactly what I was looking for!

We loved this property!

"We have stayed in many properties at several different beaches along 30a. This has been our favorite so far because of how close you feel to the water and access to the beach. We were skeptical about staying in a 2 bedroom because we have 3 boys, but the layout was perfect. The second bedroom sleeps as many as 6. We loved walking down to the inlet in the morning and sunsets were perfect in the evenings right from the back porch. We will definitely rent from here again - unless one comes available for purchase, in which case this location is top of our list.

"A few days at On the Beach made a perfect ending to a great holiday season. Sunsets were fantastic and the location right on the water and so easily accessible only three steps to the sand and 59 steps to the water.👍❤️

"We've stayed in this area for the past few years and love it. The condo is nice and the location is perfect. The beach is right out the back door. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there's a grill. We had a few minor problems with the property but nothing huge. The property managers always take care of issues immediately.

"Best location on location on 30A. Right on the beach and walking distance to Rosemary. Have stayed in the these units in the past and you can't beat the view and the beauty of the beach and Gulf. The unit had a couple of problems that were attended to the same day by Paradise Properties who were eager to please.

Perfect little place, perfect stay

"9 steps to the beach!!!Absolutely great location. No crowds but close to grocery stores and nice dining. The condo was very clean, comfortable and attractive. Very nice kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. We only had four people so it was more than enough room. Kids could have each brought a friend and we still would have been very comfortable. Nice to have been provided with liquid hand soap for all 3 bathrooms which is not something we have had when renting in the area in the past. We flew to the location so were short on beach gear. House did have 2 beach chairs. We have stayed in several locations in the area over the last 15 years. This by far was the most convenient for the all day beach goer. No long trip up the steps to use the rest room or retrieve forgotten items. We usually lug a tent to the beach. No need for a tent because the back porch is covered by a balcony. This is by far one of our favorite stays!

What a getaway

"After several cancellations of our anniversary vacation we were looking for a property on the beach. Called Paradise and Amanda was so helpful to locate what we wanted exactly and I must say her recommendations were what we were looking for. The perfect location for our perfect wedding anniversary. It swept our hearts for sure and we plan to come back again with our family and friends. Thank you Amanda and Team for making this stay a fabulous one. ❤️

"The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay (wash cloths, utensils, etc). There were little issues with the floor boards, the master deck door sticking, etc. But the views, the ability eat meals and to chill on the back patio table while the children played was priceless. We would definitely stay here again!

"Inlet Beach does it again, perfect emerald green water, soft white powder sand, and comfortable temps... all without the crowd! The townhome was in the perfect location with the best setup for our family of 6. There were several issues with the townhome but property mgmt was prompt to respond, thanks Hugo! "Our week was fantastic. The newly remodeled townhouse was very beautiful and serviceable. The showers were remarkable. At the waters edge is an understatement. We easily moved our beach chairs and toys for the children were easily transported to and from. Thanks for a refreshing vacation free from the hassle of being to far from the water.

Beautiful beachfront area

"This was a family vacation, my wife and I and our 3 kids (11,9,4). We had a great time just hanging out on the beach, and relaxing. Being able to walk out the back deck onto the beach is super convenient when your kids have to use the bathroom every 45 minutes. The townhouse was definitely in the middle of being remodeled and the portions that were complete are very nice. The beach was quiet and the waves were just right for body surfing. I would highly recommend you get umbrellas to have some shade as I'm not sure we could have stayed out there long without it.

Great Location for a Relaxing Vacation

"The location was amazing with easy access to reach Rosemary Beach, and we enjoyed nearby Camp Helen State Park. The beach was largely unoccupied due to the location. We enjoyed being far enough from all the hustle-and-bustle of more eastern PC-area beaches and Seaside, which is starting to get crazy! Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach towns were perfect!

"The process of rental, check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Our family loved the condo, beach was quiet and just outside our door. Such a lovely place. The location is perfect with easy access to grocery stores and activities but secluded and peaceful. Copious amounts of seaweed was the only downer. This is our family's favorite place to stay!

Great Family Vacation

"I don't normally post reviews on things but really felt like this was worth it. If you want to be a stones throw from the beach, in a clean comfortable place this is it. We had no complaints. There were 7 of us; 2 adults and 5 kids ages 11-15. The view is BEAUTIFUL. You are close enough to Panama City if you want to visit the 'tourist trap' stuff and far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. I would go back :) .. and maybe we will!
