ABOUT PARADISE BY THE PIER:
Welcome to Paradise by the Pier! This newly updated 2-bedroom 2.5 bath home sleeps 6 and sits directly across the street from the famous white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast in a small community with a pool! Enjoy the sounds of the ocean right from your private balcony or just take a short walk to experience the magical views firsthand. This community is in a great location: across from the beach, a 3 min drive to Pier Park, and a 10min drive to 30A. You can truly enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast.

This great two-story layout has both bedrooms on the first floor with the king-master ensuite with a new flat screen TV and the guest bedroom across the way with a queen bedroom ensuite also with a new flat screen TV. Traveling up to the second floor you will find the open living area with great kitchen, dining area and access to your private balcony with amazing Gulf views. If you need some extra space to sleep the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed! After a day at the beach or the community pool, enjoy the outside shower before calling it a day and enjoying some time relaxing on the balcony. We stayed for the Jazz Festival and the location was perfectly walking distance to the gate and all that Pier Park has to offer and the beach was right across the street. Perfect Spot

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great! My daughters were so happy they were able to walk to pier park and beach access was right across the street. My 2 year old granddaughter loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and saying hi to everyone as they walked by.

"This is the perfect rental for families, especially if your family includes a dog! This dog friendly rental is a short walk to dog beach and Pier Park. There are several beach access points right across the street and you have an ocean view from second story balcony. Beds are comfy and kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We will definitely return!

Great time with the family

"Brought the wife and kids here for the new year celebration. The house was clean and well kept. Was close to everything and has a great view. I didn’t speak to anyone during our stay but spoke to a couple of ladies with questions before and they were both nice as could be. Checking in and out went smooth. We look forward to visiting again and this place will be on the short list.

"Beautiful home! LOVED the location. You couldn’t ask for a better spot in PCB. Paradise30A has AMAZING customer service. Our wifi went out and they had someone over the next business day. Great communication. The deck is amazing and looks onto the Gulf. Pier Park next door was so fun. Lots to do every day when you take a break from the beach. We went in December and I think it was the perfect time to visit. Only complaints — think it may be time for a couch update or a slip cover! And the fan in the master bedroom didn’t work (BUT the home did have box fans we were able to use). All in all, loved it and plan to visit again.

"My family and I stay at this condo for the Florida Ironman in Panama City Beach! The location could not have worked out better, as it was a walk to Ironman village and even closer to the main transition. Even if we were not staying for the Ironman, the location right next to the beach was tough to beat! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for the family to spread-out. The pull out cot in the family room was a little stiff, but still provided another spot to sleep besides the two rooms downstairs. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

"This is the perfect rental property. The location is as close to pier Park as you can get and right across from the beach. The house was a perfect layout and the kitchen was complete with anything you would need. The rental agency was amazing as well. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to PCB.

"This was the best place we have stayed in PCB. The house was incredible and in the perfect location. Walking right out your door and across the street to the beach was amazing. And so close to Pier Park. The kitchen had everything you would need. Great rental agency as well. I would highly recommend this house to anyone heading to PCB.

"This was our 4th stay at Paradise By The Pier. We love the house and the location. The home has everything you need and location is absolutely perfect. "This place exceeded expectations. It had everything you would need in the kitchen and I only hope I can figure out a way to come back. My teenage girls just loved the proximity to The pier and shopping. The beach was beautiful and just across the road. No Problem at all. All the beach accessories were here and everyone had a great time!!

"This is our second visit to this house. The last visit was cut short due to hurricane michael. We had a blast staying, weather was perfect! Our dogs loved the house, they also got their first boat ride at crab island. Since our last visit maintenance & upkeep was great. We definitely will be coming back. "This was hands down the best experience we have ever had with any vacation rental or even hotel booking. From the time we booked all the way to the day after we checked out, they have been in constant communication with us. The property was beyond equipped with things to use on our stay. Whether you prefer a blender for summer smoothies or a nutra-bullet for one person on the go protein shake. This place had it all. Some mornings we used the coffee pot, then for mid day caffeine we used the keireg. A few unexpected surprises were the beach toys and chairs in the closet. clean and ready for our use. We came down with so much luggage that wasn’t even needed. Will definitely use this place in the future.

Close to Everything

"This house is right next to Pier Park and directly across the street from the beach so it is convenient to everything. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean. It is well stocked with not only household furnishings, but also beach toys and things to do on a rainy day. The place definitely has a beachy theme to it. There are a few items that need repair or replace but when I texted the owner she apologized and said all of those items were on her list to be taken care of but they just did not happen before our arrival. Unfortunately a tornado came through while we were there which tore off some fascia on the overhang and a destroyed a chair on the lower patio but other then a few tense minutes spent in an interior closet, we came out just fine. While we were there an insurance adjuster also came out to inspect some window damage from hurricane Michael. It was not noticeable to us, but apparently has some issues. Just one thing to be aware of is that it is on a busy road so you do get road noise at night. It took us a couple of nights and some earplugs to adjust since we live out in the country where 10 cars a day might drive past. Only 1 Saturday night was it bothersome when PCB was packed with people. Overall a pleasant stay in a great house so we immediately booked again for next year.

"We had a great time. The house was so pretty. The owners had just had the entire house painted so it did smell strongly of paint when we went in. However, it wasn't something unbearable. The location is great with the house being so close to Pier Park, the dog beach and the Pier. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was great.

"We enjoyed our nice sunny, a hot week here at Paradise by the pier. Location was perfecto for everything including easy beach access. We had several friends staying here in PCB high rises, they were blown away by our place and a tad jealous. We will rent again hopefully next fall or even sooner! Everything was almost perfect however, we have a few suggestions- or also things that we had to purchase to make our stay that much more perfect. We had to purchase a can opener (for dog food) also an iron/ironing board. We left all 3 items in hopes they will be great for the next lucky family that gets to stay here. We really hope to see them when we return! Thank you for a great stay and for allowing furry friends!

Perfect little house by the beach!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise by the Pier! It was conveniently located by Pier Park and we could walk to dinner and the shops. It's directly across from the public beach access and really close to the doggy park. The house was pretty and comfortable. There weren't any bikes or chairs at the house so we had to rent them but there are a ton of places to rent from so it wasn't difficult. The house is inside Panama City Beach city limits so you can't have a bonfire. We also went fishing at the pier which was a lot of fun!

"Love it, love it, love it! The weather here is beautiful, warm-love it. Having a great time with my hubby, sis, her hubby. I love this house, so blessed we had the opportunity. We had a wonderful time. Though the time went way too fast. The weather was wonderful! Thanks for allowing your home for a winter get-a-way. Temps in the upper 70s and low 80s the whole time! Back in Kentucky, they were experiencing a lot of rain and temps in the low to mid-40s.
