ABOUT POMPANO PALACE:
Vacation begins the moment you lay eyes on this stunning three story home with its luxurious feel but peaceful setting. With over 3,000 s.f. there is room for friends and family to relax on the balcony, gather around the large island in the kitchen, or retreat to one of four bedrooms which include private bathrooms. Three of the four bedrooms boast King sized beds, there is one Queen bed, and a new addition of one twin daybed with one twin trundle bed for a max occupancy of twelve guests. This home is the perfect sanctuary for a beach holiday!

Pompano Palace sits on a quiet cul-de-sac shared with only a few other homes. On the first floor there is a large entry, elevator, washer and dryer, elevator access to 2nd and 3rd floors and the first bedroom with private en-suite. The second floor includes a beautiful, modern kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances surrounded by a magnificent center island. The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room which is perfect for the family to come together. On the third floor there is a master retreat which includes a King sized bed, wet bar, and is steps away from the balcony where you can sit and watch the sunset over the emerald shores. Additionally, the third floor is a great place for the family to gather, play a game, or read a book during the day.

Inlet Beach is a charming beach neighborhood located along Florida's scenic Highway 30A. Known for its stunning white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere, Inlet Beach offers a peaceful coastal getaway for visitors seeking a more laid-back vacation experience. When you stay in Inlet Beach you are never far from the beach, or a magnificent view. "We loved our stay, the elevator was perfect for great grandma to take part in all family activities. Location was amazing and home was well equipped and clean. Beach access was steps away. Only complaint was not having access to garage after it was listed as an amenity and we were hoping to park a vehicle or golf cart there. Other than that, no complaints!

BEST Vacation EVER!

"Hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in! It was perfect for our family of 10 (4 are ages 3-10). The house was immaculate and the walk to the beach was so easy. The elevator was a special treat for me as I have arthritis in my knees and I could easily reach the 2nd and 3rd floors without discomfort. We’re already planning our 2024 family beach trip and we’re hoping this house will be available.

Highly recommend this house

"The house was clean and accommodated all of us. I would recommend the owner to get a gas grill. It’s hard grilling for 10-12 people on a charcoal grill. We like to grill and cook when at the beach. We would highly recommend this house. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Rosemary

"We had a great time The house was very clean. Easy walk to the beach. A 15 min walk to Rosemary area. It would have been great if there was a gas grill instead of charcoal one especially with 10 people staying there. We like to grill when at the beach and did not get to do as much because of charcoal grill. A second washer and dryer would have been great! Overall the house was clean and accommodated all of us. Highly recommend staying here!

"We had 2 families for Spring Break. Easy access to beach and walk/bike to square. Rental team was responsive and helped when needed. Beds were comfortable and had all the cooking tools that we needed. Would recommend additional seating for patios is the only thing. Thanks for your attentiveness!

"From NC, four of us senior couples rented this house for 3 weeks in February to play golf and tour the sights and play golf in the panhandle for the first time. We have rented in the Orlando area the previous 4 years but decided to change our venue . Although the golf courses were very busy and difficult to obtain tee times, the area was beautiful. This house was set up perfectly for 4 couples and the elevator perfect for seniors. The only issue was parking for four vehicles. We would definitely recommend this home for a long term stay!. Paradise Properties was quick to respond as well!

"Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and short bike ride to town (walkable as well). The house was great for entertaining. We were with other families who rented other houses within walking distance to ours, and this house was definitely the best to accommodate families for dinner. Rooms were spacious with thick walls. Everyone slept peacefully and comfortably, and you could not hear other people in the house when trying to sleep. Would definitely return. Elevator was great for luggage. Everyone loved their stay here!

"Convenient walk to beach and we were the only ones using the neighborhood pool. Parking is tight for more than 2 vehicles and if you cook know the knives need sharpening and they have a small, medium and giant pot so a large handled pot would be helpful. We had plenty of room for our multigenerational family of 11.

Relaxing Vacation at Inlet beach

"I highly recommend Pompano Palace. We had such a great time. The house is a short walk to the beach access, and is very comfortable. We had plenty of room for several large family dinners and then we could do a 3D puzzle at the table. The house is nicely furnished and has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Just watch the trash pick up days the Garbage didn't run Friday morning. Excellent time!

"Amazing property just a few minutes walk to beautiful 30A beach. Clean, comfortable, and with amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and sunrise. Close to the local hotspots of Rosemary and Seaside Beach shopping and restaurants or a short drive to the more tourist hotspots of Panama City Beach. Don't miss out on this home which is family friendly and has an elevator if walking up stairs is difficult.

"We enjoyed our stay at Pompano Palace--the house is very spacious and has nice features, like televisions in each bedroom. The elevator is also a plus if you are visiting with someone who is elderly or has mobility issues. The house is about a three-minute walk from a public beach with a lifeguard, which was very convenient. Within driving distance are attractions in Panama City Beach and good restaurants and shopping in Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

"The property was amazing. The entire family had plenty of room to spread out and be very comfortable. The property management company was very attentive and called to find out if we needed any thing. The community pool was right across the street and was like having a private pool. The beach was a 5 minute walk or bike ride. Beaches were beautiful white sand. WE LOVED OUR STAY. We will be back.

"We had a great time at Pompano Palace. Positives: the floor plan worked well for our family & having one bathroom per bedroom was great; the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in; the decor was bright as compared to others we looked at; convenient location; the rental team at Paradise Rentals was easy to deal with; having the rental bikes there when we arrived was easy! Suggested improvements: clean or update furniture in den (a bit worn & dingy); add some more knives & forks in kitchen; add table & chairs to porch off kitchen so we could eat out there; add 2 more bath towels & pillows per bedroom. A Stormy but Fun Weekend

"We stayed the weekend of Nate so we didn't have great beach weather. However we still had a great time! We stayed in playing games throughout the storm & surge. The great thing about this house is the 3rd floor balcony! When it wasn't raining we were able to sit up there and watch the ocean. There is so much beauty in Mother Nature even when the sun isn't shining! The house was perfect for a girls weekend with all the bedrooms with their own bathrooms. I would definitely recommend Pompano Palace

One Week Vacation...Not Enough

"My family and I arrived on Aug 1 for a week vacation. We had 4 little ones and we wanted to be within walking distance to the beach. Pompano Place provided easy access to the beach - easy, short walk to beach entrance. After playing in the ocean, the kids would love to come back and take a dip in the private pool. The house was extremely accommodating, and my 3 favorite features are multiple balconies, elevator, and independent bathrooms for each bedroom. At night, we would drive just across the highway and enjoy some amazing seafood at one of many restaurants. We can't wait to do this again!

"Four mature couples had an outstanding experience at Pompano Place. The home exceeded our expectations. All furnishing, decorations and appliances were top notch. The elevator was a wonderful feature for carrying luggage and for those with bad knees. The location was ideal with easy access to some of our favorite spots in Miramar and Panama City Beach. We would definitely consider coming here again.

"My family stayed here over spring break 2017. The home is simply beautiful with every needed amenity. The well stocked kitchen is gorgeous and functional. The rear upper deck was a great place to see the ocean as well as play cards or eat a snack. The elevator was an added bonus to move luggage around in a house this size. The pool is across the street and we had it all to ourselves. The beach is one block away and an easy walk. Family area but also close enough to everything you need. Date of arrival April 1, 2017
