Gorgeous, fully renovated, steps from the beach!

"Salt and Light is a beautiful, fully renovated condo that is literally steps from the sand - you can hear the water from the balcony. It is beautifully furnished with high end finishes and you really cannot beat the location!

"Wonderful condo that is super close location to beach and so well decorated and stocked. Will definitely book here again! Comfortably sleeps family of four. Perfect weekend away and thankfully the Florida weather cooperated as well. Located directly next to Inlet beach entrance. The white sand beach could not have been better. "Inlet dunes was a great location not too far of a walk to the beach. The condo was clean and decorated very tastefully. The beds were comfortable as well as the oversized couch. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

"This place was so cute! Perfect location, quiet & a short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a long weekend get a way. The bed was super comfy, sofa & love seat chair were also very comfy. Nice quality towels too! And decorated really cute, and not a lot of Knick knacks everywhere. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location at a great price!

"A couple of minutes walking distance from the beautiful white sands of Inlet beach. Less than 1 mile from Rosemary Beach and Camp Helen State Park. The unit was clean and well furnished. Beach cozy would be our best description of the overall look. The included stacked washer and dryer were super handy after daily beach and outdoor activities. We rented bicycles from the same Paradise Properties that manages the property. Brand new beach cruisers with locks, delivered to our location before our arrival and picked up after our departure. We used them frequently to ride to Rosemary and Seaside Beaches with a great trip on Sunday to enjoy the local Farmer’s market. Our one hope for improvement is that the water did have a sulfur odor and as much as we tried, we couldn’t ignore it. It was the sole reason we didn’t rate our stay higher. Paradise Property Management was excellent to work with and very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. We will definitely consider using their properties again in the future.

Been coming to Inlet Dunes for almost 40 years

"We have rented and stayed in most units here with our three kids as they grew up, and now continue the tradition with our grandchildren. These condos are perfect for a family of two parents and two or three children. The cost is very reasonable considering comps in this area, and the property is centrally located near Panama City, Destin, Rosemary Beach, all of Highway 30A, and a spectacular stretch of beach. Great pool--with shade if desired--and mere steps to a very nice beach access. All units we've been in are nicely decorated and adequately equipped. We rented two units this stay to accommodate those able to come down for the week. Only a few things kept this from being a perfect stay. The grass was in real need of being cut, there was very little lighting in the pool area at night, the entrance gate was stuck open all week, and the back gate was also unlocked and much too easily accessible to people using the parking area for the beach access. We also found the washing machine in one of our units not working. We reported it first thing Monday morning and Paradise Properties had a repairman out very quickly. He found the issue--the timer--and said he would be back with the part. We heard nothing the remainder of the day but when we called Paradise on Tuesday, they said the washer would have to be replaced and it would be after our stay before they could get a new one. This was a big inconvenience, but Paradise and the owner of the condo offered a credit on our rental that was acceptable to us. Paradise was very courteous and efficient during the process. We were also a little miffed about the 5 PM check-in time but understand the issues all rental properties face with the turnaround time nowadays. Despite these things, we do highly recommend Inlet Dunes and Paradise Properties. We will definitely be back, hopefully for years to come...maybe even with great-grandkids!

"Condo was nice, had everything we needed. Loved the close access to the beach. Nice pool, although it was not very clean. Also, the air conditioner in the unit was inconsistent. Also, the drains were very slow in the unit. Overall, nice place to stay, just needs a little attention to make sure things are operating optimally.

"This property was perfect for our family of four. The location was great - close to everything. We were able to walk to the Rosemary Beach/Peddler's Pavilion area. The unit and grounds were very clean and we appreciated that there were an abundance of hooks to hang our beach towels, suits, etc. We loved that the beach access was just outside our pool gate. The pool was refreshing. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Just what we were looking for.

Nice Spot for the Price

"Our family of 6 stayed at 205 Inlet Dunes for six nights. We had wonderful weather and loved the super close proximity to the beach. The unit was clean upon our arrival and stocked with linens and the necessities such as TP, soap, until we could get to the store. The place was tight for 6 because there's literally no place except the one bedroom to put all the baggage...and it's tiny. Luckily we had great weather and spent the majority our time outside. We had a minor AC leak but the rental management company had a repairman there in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Overall, we were pleased!
