ABOUT SALTY KISS
Location, Location, Location! Just 500 feet to the beach access and only a few miles away from the great restaurants and shopping of Pier Park. This 2 bedroom,1.5 bathroom townhouse has been newly renovated/updated and is beautifully decorated. It is the perfect beach getaway or extended stay location! The townhome is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30A.

Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas' Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches. Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house. Nearby entertainment includes Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World, The Hub 30A, Destin Commons, Sandestin Outlet Mall, and much more. There are 3 grocery stores nearby & an endless number of dining options in Panama City Beach, Rosemary and many great options along 30A.

"This house is perfect. Very affordable and amazing location to the beach. You can even see the ocean from the upper balcony. The house was clean, and property management was easy to reach and helpful. After check in, we noticed a damaged curtain rod in the master bedroom. I called to notify them and they apologized and immediately sent someone to fix it. The curtain rod did not interfere with our trip at all and they still came to fix it. Great customer service, and great clean home. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good short term rental company that is actually worth the money. They even leave a nice bag of essentials on the table at check in. I will definitely return to this property and stay at other paradise properties in the future.

Great Place

"We live in a very busy/noisy metropolitan area of Ohio. The Salty Kiss is located in a quiet area on the west end of PCB so it was very relaxing to see the big bright stars and hear the waves in the evenings from the balcony. The amenities (kitchen cookware, beach chairs/umbrellas, washer&dryer, etc) were more than ample. Very clean! God created a paradise called PCB!

Enjoyed the Outdoor Accomodations

"The weather when we stayed was unseasonably cool and rainy. The Salty Kiss had a wonderful balcony to enjoy watching the thunderstorms coming in from the gulf. The back patio was nice to sit in the sunshine when the beach was too windy. The surrounding neighborhood was nice to take daily walks. The unit was extremely clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely be back to the Salty Kiss.

Never Disappointed

"We have stayed at the Salty Kiss several times and have never been disappointed. Always a clean place, modern, and in a very quiet neighborhood. We used to vacation in Destin but it is way too congested. The Salty Kiss is far enough away from the "touristy" areas of PCB but close enough to enjoy the amenities of Pier Park.

Exceeded Expectations

"The Salty Kiss looked nice on-line but since the daily rental rate was much lower than other rentals in PCB, we were not expecting much. Boy were we wrong!!! We walked into an amazingly clean, spacious, and updated looking place. The close proximity to the beach seemed even better/closer than advertised. We were only a few miles from Pier Park and some of the best restaurants in town (Rudy's Bar-B-Q, YUM!). We have stayed at other PCB rentals in the past but now we will ONLY stay at the Salty Kiss.

Very close to beautiful beach.

"We would definitely stay here again. Some features like beds and bathrooms have been updated recently. Dining room furniture could be in better repair. The House is a bit sparsely decorated. But we came here to spend most of the time outside. The master bedroom balcony was an added bonus to watch the sun rise in the mornings and relax after the beach. A large trunk on the outside contained a chair and large umbrella and a few shovels that the boys enjoyed digging with on the beach. The property management was very friendly in email communications. Overall we enjoyed the week in this house.

"We had the best time here! Brought our parents to escape the northern cold! The townhouse was clean, well equipped and decorated nicely. Really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and great restaurants and fun things to do were only a short drive away. Will most definitely be back!

"The house was impeccably clean and well maintained. Super close to the beach, very calm neighborhood. Also the customer service was very good and attentive. Even with some issue after increase one day and do not have my access code renewed promptly, they called me and fixed it. I really recommend and I will come back for sure.

Perfect Family Vacation

"We've discovered a hidden gem! This townhouse was exceptionally clean and furnished nicely. In a quiet homey neighborhood with only a 1 minute walk to the beach, it was easy to make quick trips home, and hit the beach multiple times a day. Away from the hustle and crowds, but only moments away from anything we wanted. We will definitely be back!

"The townhouse is so clean and cute! The walk to the beach takes no time at all. We loved the quaintness and atmosphere of the neighborhood. It was perfect as we love to be away from the hustle and bustle of PCB and Destin. Close enough to PCB to go enjoy the more commercialized outings in just a short drive. "We really enjoyed our stay. My only comment would be that the unit needs some deep cleaning like dusting windows and remove spiderweb outsides. I actually hose them down while cleaning our sand. Lovely, lovely unit. Thanks!!

"The pictures do not do it justice!! This home has been beautifully remodeled, and we felt like we were staying in a much higher priced beach house. The townhome is on a quiet street, with a VERY short and easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower made cleaning up from the beach very easy, and we were glad not to drag all the sand in. Great location to visit either downtown PCB or more quiet Rosemary Beach. The staff at Paradise Properties was great about checking on us to see if we needed anything and to answer our questions.

"My husband, daughter and I loved our stay at Salty Kiss. The home is beautifully updated and decorated. It’s a super (2 min) walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We loved how family oriented and low key the area was yet close enough to pick up takeout nearby. The location is great if you want to explore nearby Rosemary Beach. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms are spacious. The outdoor shower was a huge plus to get the sand off. Looking forward to a return visit.
