Welcome to Sea-horsey Retreat! A great 3-bedroom Gulf-front condo in Sunrise Beach Resort with amazing views and access to the resort's multiple pools, fitness center and other great amenities. Grab a cup of coffee and start the day relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean while you plan your day at the beach, the pool or nearby Pier Park. Sea-horsey Retreat is a great place for a family to vacation on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while being walking distance to great local attractions! You can even rent a mini car, bike or motorcycle just across the street.

Sea-horsey Retreat is located on the 7th floor of the Sunrise Beach Resort giving you a great view of the typically 2-toned emerald coast waters and the two 5th floor pools right from your own private balcony. The 3-bedroom condo sleeps 7 in bedrooms, but also has a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a King master, Queen spare, Twin over Full bunk room, a Queen sleeper sofa, and if you need some more sleeping space there is a Queen Murphy bed. The open kitchen / dining / living room provides great Ocean views throughout. The kitchen and dining provides seating for 9. Book your next family vacation here, today!

Wonderful place with lots of space!

"Beautiful condo with so much room! Nicely decorated and the fake grass on the balcony is a genius idea! Condo is two floors above the pool and was perfect for us. Bunk room, queen sized bedroom, and a king master. We found a hidden gem in a Murphy bed in the dining room! We didn’t need or use it but was so cool to find we had that option! Will definitely book this one again!

Sea Horsey Retreat

"This condo met all of our needs! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and then some. The balcony was its own little paradise! It felt like another room. The condo is nicely decorated with a beach theme. The only snag we ran into was that there was only one parking space provided for a condo that sleeps eleven. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We definitely plan on reserving it again!

The Best location on the Beach

"Wow! Everything is right there! Perfect location, I could just fly in and Uber to the condo while on the way go to grocery store for few things then once there you have everything you need, walking to shopping, liquor store , convenience store nice restaurants, the pier shopping amusement, rental fun, cars, everything within walking distance right there. Perfect place on the beach as well. Prettiest water whitest sand I just can’t say enough about how perfect perfect this place is! they say location location location well this is it.!

Love this place!

"So this is our 3rd year at SEA-HORSEY and it’s hard to pick what we love the most, the people, the activities, the beach or the unit, which is perfect. The owner has done a wonderful job of supplying everything one would need. Everything in the unit is comfortable and quality. We especially love the patio that has the best furniture in the resort. It’s definitely our happy place and can’t wait to be back next year!

Perfect beach getaway

"We booked our stay expecting the condo to possibly be less than desirable as we thought the cost was much lower than other places, however when we arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised to see our accommodations! Our view was incredible being directly ocean front. The entire complex was clean and security was on top of everything!!! During our stay we had the property manager check on us twice via text to ask how we were doing. The pool area was always clean, never overly crowded, and never had to fight for a pool chair. There were plenty. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our large group. Not one complaint about being uncomfortable from anyone, not once! Having the washer & dryer in the unit was an added bonus, trying to keep up with laundry and towels throughout our stay with kids especially. There was parasailing, jet ski rental, and beach chair rental/umbrella rentals right at the building beach access & the staff there was polite each day. The hoses to rinse off the sand when leaving was also helpful! Even with the chaos of the city the first few nights from other spring breakers who were disrupting the city, in our condo, we never felt unsafe. It was just like home. Thank you for helping us be able to create the memories we were able to create at Sea Horsey Retreat for Spring Break 2022!

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was there for us to cook a great meal and relax at night. The beach was wonderful as well. There is a shallow sand bank not far out so we didn’t have to worry about the kids in too deep of water. There’s lot to do nearby so you won’t be bored! We hope we can get back soon! The only negative we have was we weren’t able to get chair service because of a dispute between paradise properties and the chair rental company. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect family getaway

"For our family of 2 adults 4 kids, this condo was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean upon arrival, and the facility pools were so fun. We had an easy stroll to the beach with the elevators being super quick. The only slight inconvenience was that there was not real way to clean the floors during our trip. The unit does have two vacuum cleaners but unfortunately they did not work well enough for crumbs and sand tracked in. This minor inconvenience would not deter us from staying again
