"Renee was wonderful to work with .. great communication! House was so spacious. Even though there were 7 of us, there was plenty of room to all eat meals together but also stretch out for a little space. Bedrooms were a wonderful size. Kitchen was complete with everything needed to cook a meal, and the house is close to so many great restaurants as well. Loved walking just across the street to the beach (White Powder, and super clear waves!) and the pool is so close as well. Toys and Chairs for the Beach were included too! Just add family and *Poof* instant vacation!

"We had a great week at Seajoy! I used a white noise app to help with the house being so close to 30A. I slept great all week! The owners were also very helpful with anything we needed, and we would rent again!

"Great location! Could not have been closer to the beach access. Loved being so close to the Hub on one side and Alys Beach on the other. Only downside was that there was no available beach setup at the beach access, and my parents in their 60s struggled carrying gear down the stairs down to the beach (there are a LOT of stairs!). The house was great for our needs, just what we expected based on photos and description. Very clean. Paradise30a was responsive and great to work with. Thanks for a great week away!

"Beautiful home, literally a minute walk to beach access! The stairs to get to the beach are pretty steep, just FYI about 56 steps down, but it was a great location. We had a few little issues while there, but the property manager was fast and courteous. Great space for families with kids, and it’s well stocked for the beach! My only complaint was the cookware. Definitely need new pots and pans. But nothing else, great vacation! Would stay there again in the future.

"Very comfortable. Very clean and spacious. The 2nd level bathtub did back up so you should have that looked at. And the beach umbrella was missing a pole so it wasn't able to be used. Other than that and the road noise I'd say this place was perfect for us!! We had a great stay!

"The unit was very clean. We purchased a larger pot for low country boil and homeowner reimbursed us immediately. The gift upon entering the condo was a special added touch! Only issue we had was the lower floor AC was out upon arrival for a couple days, but was fixed and no other issues.

"We needed to get away from it all and this beach house provided the perfect place. SeaJoy is literally a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. It is right across the street from beach access. Easy enough to run back the the house for a bite to eat. Our two families (4 parents, 5 young adults and a 16 year old) found this home the perfect fit. It was super clean and spacious and extra care was taken due to Covid and it was appreciated. There were enough beach chairs for all of us, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a skimmer and sand castle toys galore. The small shared pool was very refreshing after an afternoon at the beach. We rented bicycles and really enjoyed our morning and evening rides to the shops/coffee shop at Rosemary Beach or the other direction at The Hub. We also enjoyed riding through the beautiful neighborhood behind the house. Communication was excellent with the property owner and Paradise Properties. The home itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is pretty well stocked but you may want to bring your bigger pots if you are cooking for a crowd. The cookware is sufficient otherwise. Lots of glassware, silverware, plates, bowls, etc. There are enough trash bags, dishwashing tabs, paper towels, toilet paper for the first couple of days, but be sure and bring extras. There is also a charcoal grill out back. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful week at the beach!
