Slightly Salty upscale cottage community located just 5 miles East of Seaside and 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. Slightly Salty has quickly become one of the most desired beach destinations on 30A. The home is very well appointed which includes Kohler fixtures, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms. There is tile in all the bath's, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. You will also enjoy the world famous beaches which are a 100 yard walk, or the neighborhood resort style swimming pool which is just a minute walk away. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the closest home to the beach in the Magnolia Cottages community.

Wonderful stay at Slightly Salty!

"My family, including my husband, sister, daughter and two of my grandchildren, ages 3 and a half and almost 2, had a wonderful vacation at Slightly Salty! The house has a great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, which was ideal for us. The walk to the beach was short and the chair rental location was right at the bottom of the stairs. So convenient! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed time at the pool as well. The house also has a nice deck. I have never stayed at a quieter location but at the same time it was convenient to the grocery and many delicious restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!

"So many good things to say about this cottage! Excellent location for a quick walk to the beach, driving to the Rosemary Beach square or many of the other locations near by. Beautifully appointed and cozy

"Plenty of linens and towels were provided as well as toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher pods. The bath soaps were a nice touch. House is quite close to the beach as indicated. Only issue was beeping of golf carts parked adjacent to the lovely home. Also could use a crockpot and a griddle. Skillets were difficult to cook on.

"Had an amazing time celebrating my sons 5th birthday. The house was immaculate and commute to stores and shopping was very convenient. The pool is 3 minutes and beach is 5 minutes walking distance from the property. There’s so much more to say but you’ll have to book a stay to find out. I highly recommend!! "We loved staying in the beautiful Sunset Cottage! It was a perfect home for our family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, and the beach was only a short walk across the street. It’s conveniently located a short ride away from several 30A towns and restaurants. We even walked to Alys Beach for dinner.

"A true gem of a vacation and location. Lovely, bright and beautiful rental. Few steps from the most beautiful beaches. If you’re an active person, you are steps away from a fantastic walking trail. "This beach house is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want or need. There are three good size bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it perfect for a beach trip with family or friends. The best part is that it is just steps from the amazing beach! "The best thing about this cottage is that it's quiet and tucked away in the trees, yet it's just across the street from the beach! The cottage layout was really nice for our family of 4. The kids could each get their own room and with three bathrooms, everyone had the space they needed. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.

"Our stay at Sunset Cottage was great! The location near the beach was perfect. Just the right amount of space for our family of 6. The proximity to everything near the Hub and all the way to Seaside in one direction and super cool Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in the other is awesome. The only negative is the community pool is pretty lame, but with the beach nearby we really didn’t need it. It was a great trip!

"This house was a pleasant stay. A nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home which suited 3 couples nicely. One of the bedrooms is bunk beds, so two couples and kids would also make for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and the living space is nice and open. The back porch is great for socializing. Getting to, and from the beach is very easy. The community pool is also close for afternoon dips.

"The first thing we all said upon entering this property was WOW! We had previously stayed in a HomeAway property in MA and did not have a good experience, so we were a bit hesitant this time around. This property was everything we could have wanted and more! The home is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect fit for our family of 5. It is located truly steps from the beach, which my family loved so we could come and go for lunch. It was comfy, cozy, and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted for our vacation. The owner was fabulous to work with and always provided quick responses. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking on 30a and would definitely book it again for my family!

Cute & convenient beach stay!

"We enjoyed our time at your house earlier this month so much! Our girls loved all the mermaid decor & never wanted to leave ☺️ The back porch was so private & a great place to escape for a little quiet in the mornings. It was so convenient to walk over to both the beach & pool...and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing us and all our toys! We rented bikes and easily biked down to Rosemary a few times. Thanks again for a great stay!
