Accommodating up to 36 guests with 6 King Beds, this exquisite 7-bedrooms 7 Full Bathrooms and 2 half Bathrooms. This home offers ample space for both family and friends to relax and unwind. 1 minute walk to Dothan Beach Access with very small crowds all year round. Heated Pool and Jacuzzi Spa. Parking for 5 vehicles. Complimentary amenities include a 6-seater golf cart and 6 bicycles for easy exploration of the surrounding towns.

"We’ve frequented 30A for the past 12 years and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. Plenty of parking and easy beach access made it an enjoyable walk for the little ones. The floor plan made it comfortable for everyone to have ample space, and the 1st floor entertaining area with pool access was perfect.

"Check-in was painless and property management friendly and responsive. The home is spacious with an excellent floor plan, making it comfortable for multiple families. Easy access to the beach was perfect for the little ones and away from the larger crowds. The home was clean and well maintained with high-end appliances, and the elevator made it easy to load/unload luggage and groceries. The heated pool, hot tub and entertainment areas were awesome.

"Our family of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful home. Called in a couple issues which were all resolved quickly. Denise was the best. Spacious bathrooms for every bedroom. Free golf cart was a plus. Couple minutes to white beaches. Highly recommend

Amazing home & outstanding servic3e

"We had 5 families in Summer Wind and the experience was wonderful. The home is full of high end furniture and beds. We loved that each room had king size beds and their own bathrooms, which made it really easy to split up adults without one getting a nicer room than the other. The kitchen is huge and has wonderful appliances and plenty of extras like a croc pot. It's only a short walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. I'd highly recommend this location to any large group.

Perfect for a large family

"This house was perfect for our family of 15. Plenty of room, the kids loved their bedrooms. Pool was most enjoyable. Beach access was so close and not crowded. Cart cart was a huge hit as well.
