Spanning nearly 6,000 square feet of heated and cooled living space, this grand beach home comprises four stories, with each of the first three levels featuring expansive open-concept common areas and spacious outdoor porches that offer breathtaking Gulf views on the upper levels.

The gourmet kitchen and living room epitomize the ultimate vacation experience, boasting top-of-the-line appliances and generous seating to make you the perfect host. Summer Wind is further enhanced by an elevator, oversized porch spaces on each level, including a spectacular sun deck on the fourth floor with cypress trusses, an expansive pool and hot tub area at the front of the house illuminated by lights and a custom waterfall feature, an outdoor grill space, and enclosed by a brick and masonry fence that complements the exterior. "Our family of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful home. Called in a couple issues which were all resolved quickly. Denise was the best. Spacious bathrooms for every bedroom. Free golf cart was a plus. Couple minutes to white beaches. Highly recommend

Amazing home & outstanding servic3e

"We had 5 families in Summer Wind and the experience was wonderful. The home is full of high end furniture and beds. We loved that each room had king size beds and their own bathrooms, which made it really easy to split up adults without one getting a nicer room than the other. The kitchen is huge and has wonderful appliances and plenty of extras like a croc pot. It's only a short walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. I'd highly recommend this location to any large group.

Perfect for a large family

"This house was perfect for our family of 15. Plenty of room, the kids loved their bedrooms. Pool was most enjoyable. Beach access was so close and not crowded. Cart cart was a huge hit as well.
