Welcome to Sunseekers 3! Relax and unwind in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo that overlooks the beautiful emerald coast. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, this condo is directly on the Gulf with only a lawn between you & the white sand. With gorgeous views surrounding you will never want to leave! Step outside and relax on the patio or the surrounding neatly manicured lawn that is a perfect setting for a night of stargazing. This backyard oasis will have you lounging for hours and enjoying the sounds of the ocean breeze. When you need a break from the beach, Sunseekers is less than 5 minutes from the great shops and restaurants on 30A.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Blue Mountain Beach, Florida, is a perfect destination for those looking to enjoy a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities. The pristine beaches are the main attraction, offering soft, sugar-white sand and clear, calm waters that are ideal for children. Families can spend their days building sandcastles, swimming, and playing beach games, all while enjoying the stunning coastal views.

Beyond the beach, Blue Mountain Beach is near several rare coastal dune lakes, such as Draper Lake and Big Redfish Lake. These unique ecosystems are perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding, allowing visitors to explore the area while spotting local wildlife. For those who prefer to stay on land, the Timpoochee Trail offers a scenic bike path that runs along 30A. "We have stayed at this complex several times in the last couple of years. We keep coming back because we love it. The views and beach are unbeatable. This unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Grocery delivery is available here and it is super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Customer service from Paradise Properties was excellent. "Cute, cozy and clean. Comfortable beds. View from the balcony was amazing! Loved sitting out there for our meals, enjoying the view and hearing the waves. Being steps away from the sand made this the perfect vacation spot. Great location close to everything. Great communication from Paradise throughout the week. We feel like we hit the jackpot for our first trip to Blue Mountain Beach and will be staying here the next time we visit!

"It todays day and age of rental properties, you always get anxious with booking. My experience here was absolutely amazing and beat ever expectation. Communication was fast.
