ABOUT SUNSEEKERS 7:
Welcome to Sunseekers 7 in Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy the cool breezes while sitting on your private balcony overlooking the white sandy beach of the Emerald Coast. This Gulf Front condo has three bedrooms and two baths. There is a Queen in the master bedroom with stunning gulf views. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed. Just off the kitchen is a kid's room with a Twin bunk bed. The condo also offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, private balcony, and full size washer and dryer.

This condo is directly on the Gulf with only a few yards of green lawn between you and the white sand. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a well-deserved getaway at Sunseekers 7 in Blue Mountain Beach!

Blue Mountain Beach, Florida, is a perfect destination for those looking to enjoy a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities. The pristine beaches are the main attraction, offering soft, sugar-white sand and clear, calm waters that are ideal for children. Families can spend their days building sandcastles, swimming, and playing beach games, all while enjoying the stunning coastal views.

Beyond the beach, Blue Mountain Beach is near several rare coastal dune lakes, such as Draper Lake and Big Redfish Lake. These unique ecosystems are perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding, allowing visitors to explore the area while spotting local wildlife. For those who prefer to stay on land, the Timpoochee Trail offers a scenic bike path that runs along 30A. Spring break at 30A

"I am12 and I have a twin sister .we stayed here with my family for spring break and we had the best time ever. Hopefully my dad will bring us back in the summer. We loved unit 7!!!

"This beautiful property in a perfect location offers peace. The beach was uncrowded and the only noise heard inside the condo was the ever present and welcome sounds of the waves crashing into the shore.

Wonderful stay!

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sunseeker 7. We love being in Blue Mountain because it’s close to Seaside and Watercolor, but much quieter and away from the crowds. The condo was lovely and the views were spectacular. Easy access to the beach and gulf front views are a must for me. There is no elevator, but the stairs were not an issue at all. We have to come back and stay again in several months!
