Step outside to enjoy the large balconies that offer unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This luxury Florida vacation home includes private, coded beach access for a seamless transition from your upscale retreat to the sandy shores. For those seeking relaxation and leisure, the property features a private heated pool (available for a daily fee) and a hot tub. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

On the vacation rental's first floor, you'll find one of the seven bedrooms, featuring a king bed with twin bunks overhead, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. This room includes a private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Adjacent to this bedroom is a spacious bunk area equipped with a wet bar, dining table, mini fridge, and four queen bunk beds, sleeping an additional 8 guests. Teddy's Heaven is designed with modern amenities to enhance your stay, including Smart TVs in every room, three washers and dryers (two stackable sets upstairs in the main laundry room and one set downstairs in the bunk room), and a full-size ice machine in the garage, alongside an additional fridge to accommodate all your food and drink needs. The kitchen also includes a smaller ice machine for easy access.
