Welcome to The Flipside 30A, a luxury condo with great ocean views, updated decor, and remodeled throughout to help you relax and enjoy your time on the beach. The Flipside 30A sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in a spacious 1,300 square foot condo. Relax with your family as you take in the excitement of the Village Town Center and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The Flipside 30A is the perfect condo for a family vacation to 30A, a romantic getaway, a couples trip to Paradise 30A, or a snowbird's retreat to the beach.....

This three bedroom floor plan boasts one king guest bedroom with a flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom; a queen bedroom with flat screen TV, and closet for extra storage; the third bedroom is a spacious King master with Jacuzzi tub and standalone shower ensuite, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and ocean views. The balcony is the place to be as you enjoy the excitement of The Village Town Center and the views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests of The Flipside 30A enjoy being steps from Seacrest Beach, sitting by the pool, the shops and restaurants below, the concerts in the loop, a bike ride through Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, or Inlet Beach, the seasonal tram service to the beach, and so much more. "The Flipside was amazing! Right in the middle of everything!… Short walk to Rosemary and Alys, very clean, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked… but if you didn’t want to cook, there are restaurants all around. Good communication with host. We will definitely revisit this one!

Early Summer Trip

"We had a great stay at Flipside and loved being able to walk to everything in Rosemary, Alys, and right there in Seacrest. The only drawback was Seacrest Beach being overcrowded. It is what it is. We ended up walking down to the Inlet Beach Winston Lane access point just past Rosemary. Very small public beach, but almost nobody there. As fat as the property goes, the beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. No issues.

"Excellent unit in the Villages with an ocean view, lots of space and plenty of comfortable furniture. Balcony overlooks the common area of the Villages with live music to enjoy each night. Fantastic location

"We have stayed on 30a roughly 20 times, various locations. Now that our kids are grown the criteria has changed a bit, length of walk to the beach for example is less important. This is right by Rosemary, walkable to tons of restaurants and frankly not that tough to get to the beach either but we love to walk. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great Location / Fabulous Condo

"Conveniently located in walking distance from beach (or take free tram). 4th floor balcony view is excellent for listening to the live music on weekends downstairs. Outdoor seating and bars also great options for listening to the music downstairs. All the shops, restaurants, and Seacrest Sundries (mini grocery store) are all in walking distance. Crabby Steve's is a must for lunch / drinks while hanging out at the beach.

A week at the beach

"Location was really great. Good swimming pools, short walk to the beach and right in the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment. Property was Clean, Well equipped kitchen cool A/C. We found an option for Beach service to be substantially cheaper at the public beach access at Inlet beach just slightly farther to east (All accessed by sidewalk) rather than pay the very high price during our peak time. Also a short walk, bike ride or free parking. Same beach just a few hundred yards to the East. We would definitely stay again as you have many options to chill right in the area you stayed in or go up and down 30 A to see all the different shopping food and entertainment. We also liked that there were church options as well since we were there 2 Sundays.

"My daughter and I came for Spring Break! Location was great for us as we didn’t rent a car and could walk everywhere! Unit was amazing with a view of the ocean from the balcony in the morning and the live music at night! Our flight arrived early and they allowed us an early check in which was great! Would definitely recommend!

"While the weather wasn’t cooperative, The Flip Side 30A was perfect for a moms and daughters trip. "This is a great location if you are looking for shopping, dining, and live music at your fingertips. Not ideal for beach lovers hoping for easy access. There is a free tram to take you to the beach, but it is so crowded you can’t see the water through all the chairs. We found public beaches to be a better option for us. Grayton State Park beach was amazing. Take your own chairs and umbrella. The condo itself was very nice and clean. I would stay again. The live music on the balcony at night was really great!! A short walk to Rosemary Beach in the evening was worth it. Such a quaint area. We will be back!!

Third Stay at the Flipside 30A

"My family and I just completed our third stay at the Flipside 30A. The condo is nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for sitting on the balcony and listening to live music from Peddlers Pavilion. The condo pools are great! Grayton Beach State Park is our favorite local beach. Eden Gardens State Park is a must! Take a guided tour of the Wesley House ($4 pp). Restaurant recommendations: Blue Mabel (SUNDAY BRUNCH), Chanticleer Eatery (burgers), Dewey Destin (9 Calhoun Avenue, Destin), Donut Hole (donuts/key lime pie), George’s at Alys Beach (famous market fish (fried grouper) sandwich), Goatfeathers on 30Avenue (steam shrimp w/ homemade cocktail sauce), Old Florida Fish House (Yogan specialty roll), Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream and Candy Kitchen (key lime pie ice cream), Red Bar (crab cakes on Friday and Saturday nights only), Seagrove Village MarketCafe (grouper tacos), Stinky’s Fish Camp (Taco Tuesday), The Bay (sushi), and The Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House (BREAKFAST).

Fun in the sun

"The condo is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked (our family cooks a lot). The only thing missing was a mixer. We enjoyed the nightly music, which ended by 10 so the noise did not keep anyone up. We had a minor issue that was handled to our satisfaction. Our only complaint is the parking. Since the condo is also in the shopping and restaurant area lots of people wanted to park in guest parking since it is not well marked. Sometimes we had to drive around until the shoppers left.

Family fun beach trip!

"Excellent property, very clean, location was perfect and convenient to everything we love about 30A! We have 4 small children and the Live music in the evenings was fun to experience letting the kids dance in the green space, and we could still get them in bed at a decent hour with no interference inside from the music, but WE could still enjoy it from our balcony! Total parent win. We biked everywhere and loved the easy Tram rides to the beach. We’d definitely come back and stay here again.

"The condo was great - a central location, clean and spacious. We usually stay in a house in Rosemary, but were coming with a much smaller group this year and chose this condo due to the location and price. The only negative was the noise and crowds of people right below at the shops and restaurants. Obviously, we knew this when we booked it and it does not detract from the condo itself, but something to consider.

"We had a great time during our stay! Condo was spacious, clean & in the perfect location. We have young children so the wading pool was perfect for them as it was only 2 feet deep! We loved that there was live music every night that we could listen and see from our balcony. Close to restaurants and shops. The tram was easy to access for the beach, except renting an umbrella and chairs as the “bring your own” space was very small and overly crowded. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

"We had an awesome time at Flipside 30A! The location was ideal for pool and beach access, and the unit was a perfect fit for us and our two boys under 2. Live music every night from the balcony, and great views! We hope to get this same unit the next time we visit. If I have to complain about something it would be the internet speeds for watching movies, but that's not why you go to the beach so no real complaints at all.

"Everything in the condo was in great condition! The decor was very nice and we've stayed in several other units. This was the nicest one. We were bummed though that one of the pools gates was broken and there was no attempt to repair it all week. Also, the biggest thing was the hot tub wasn't hot until the end of the week and the jets barely worked at all. The big pool heater was also down until the end of the week but at least they repaired that. Overall we love the Villages and this was the first time we've had so many issues. We will return and stay again!

"We had a blast at our condo, it's was very clean and well kept, everything was updated and we even got a phone call while we were there making sure everything was going alright for us. Very short walk )or golf cart ride) to the beach and tons of places to eat and drink at right below the condo. Will return again!

We always bring our cleaning supplies just in case and we're impressed and grateful that the unit was clean. Everything was in working order. What impressed us even more was your company's responsiveness, providing a new cover after we informed you that one was stained, calling to check in on us after checking in, and calling to check the day before check out to see if there's anything that needed to be fixed.

Perfect beach getaway next to Rosemary beach!

"Perfection as soon as we walked in. Everything was super clean- decor was beautiful but also very comfortable. Only complaint was internet was not working very well some of the times and limit of towels (somewhat difficult when at the beach and showering often) but there is a washer and dryer in the unit! View was beautiful as we had a view of the ocean. Location was close to everything and right next to Rosemary beach. The complex had a perfect kid pool/baby pool for our young children and they absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Fun in the sun at TheFlipside30a!

"Very nice 3br/2ba with lovely view of village common area and 30a. Extremely quiet 4th floor end unit with comfortable interior. Description of propert on VRBO was accurate. We rented bikes through Paradise 30a and had great time pedaling the area. Pool struggled with heating during our stay, hot tub worked for 5/7 days, this was reported to maintenance. We dined all over 30a - Perfect Pig, Cow Girl Kitchen, The Donut Hole, Seaside cafes, Seacrest Sundries, The Pearl pool bar, Redd's fueling Station, Modica Market, Pizza By The Sea, Chicken Salad Chick, and Back Porch Patio. I would absolutely recommend this location for a fun family vacation or girls getaway!
