Welcome to Three Little Birds in Seagrove, Florida, where you’re close to everything but away from it all. Start each morning with stunning views unique to Florida’s Emerald Coast—turquoise Gulf waters, sugar-white sand dunes, and the serene reflections on a small coastal lake. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is nestled in a small, private community on the far eastern edge of Seagrove Beach, bordering Deer Lake State Park. It's a hidden paradise at the end of an Old Florida-style gravel road, just over a third of a mile from one of South Walton’s least crowded, easy-access beaches.
The home’s two master suites make it perfect for multiple families. The first-floor master includes a wet bar and mini-fridge, with the community pool just steps from the screened-in porch. The second floor offers a well-stocked kitchen and common living spaces, making it feel like a true home away from home. The third level features two spacious bedrooms: the upper master suite with breathtaking views and the bunk/kid's room, complete with its own bath.
While the outdoor attractions will likely keep you busy, the comforts of home await when you return. The living room features a 55" Smart HDTV, and the home offers fast Wi-Fi and a closet full of games in the kids' room for rainy days. The spacious living and dining area provides ample room for everyone to relax. For a small fee, you can bring your well-behaved dog along on the trip.

Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community situated along Scenic Highway 30A in the Florida Panhandle. Despite the peaceful, park-like setting, you’re close to everything the Emerald Coast has to offer. Enjoy 18 miles of bike trails along scenic 30-A, explore the shops, galleries, and restaurants of Seaside and Rosemary Beach, or go fishing on Eastern Lake. Family entertainment at Pier Park in Panama City and world-class golf courses are also nearby.

Most amazing place to create memories

"Rob and Mindy’s place was just perfect! The location was great and super easy to access the beach! They have that place packed with everything we needed to cook some nights, watch tv, play games and make lots of memories. Added bonus was the pool! The kids loved it! We were so thankful bikes were included and we rented a kid bike trailer to ride everywhere because everything was so close! We cannot thank them enough!

Great vacation home for families!

"This house was immaculate! We don’t normally rent pet friendly homes because we’ve found them not to be as clean as we’d like. I would definitely recommend this rental even to people without pets as the owner obviously takes great care to make sure it is spotless. (There’s no hint of “dog smell” ) He also provided bikes & even some beach chairs (tho we brought our own). Tho it isn’t beachfront, it’s not necessary to rent a golf cart. We rented an extra bike with a kid carrier attached & could put a lot of beach stuff in there. The bike racks are directly at the beach access & there were plenty of places to lock up bikes. We went at a very busy time of the year so the public pkg lot was full but the walk was not bad (unless there are elderly with joint issues in your party.) There is a very nice pool right out back & the house has three patios from which to enjoy the view. The house is w/i a very short bike ride to restaurants & the always fab Gourd Garden. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood so no noise at night. If you vacation in the Summer (or Fall Break) I’d suggest getting up early to put out your beach chairs or rent chairs & an umbrella thru the service provided. The home’s furnishings are very attractive & comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. The bunk beds were a hit & the futon was very comfortable too. We highly recommend this vacation rental!!

"Three Little Birds was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this summer. The rental process was seem less and check in was a breeze with the app and door code. The area around the house was clean and well kept. The house itself was outstanding. Everything was in working order and the house manual was clear. Very clean and comfortable for our family of four with out two highly energetic boys! Grandparents and dog were very comfortable as well. The pool was a wonderful thing to visit after the beach. The bikes were awesome and made the trek to the beautiful white sand beach a breeze. We will definitely return, loved the quiet section away from the high traffic area but plenty close to ride bikes to shops!

"We had a wonderful time staying at Three Little Birds. It was an excellent set up for eight people and a dog. My wife and I enjoyed the primary suite on the second floor, while our daughter, son-in-law and two kids stayed in the secondary suite also on the third floor. Our son and his fiancé stayed in the guest suite on the first floor. We loved that we could walk to the beach, or use one of the five available bikes if we so chose. The place was clean and well equipped. The WiFi was good enough to stream movies, so that was a plus. We had a great time and would definitely choose to return.

"We enjoyed our stay at Three Little Birds. The home was clean and well-maintained. The golf cart made the distance from the beach more accessible, though it's important to note that you cannot park the cart at the beach and have to drive back about halfway back to the house to the public parking lot after dropping off our gear/passengers. Still a great alternative to walking the whole distance, just wasn't quite what we pictured beforehand. Biking is a better option if that works for you because you can leave your bike right by the beach entrance. Along that note, there are currently 3 adult bikes available at the rental. (The listing is vague on this.)
The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for cooking on site!!
Loved the proximity of the pool which was also very clean. It is a relatively small pool (max capacity is 20 per signage) but was never crowded since the community only has about 10 houses altogether.
Blackout curtains in the upstairs master was a great bonus and enabled restful mornings!
The owners were very responsive and helpful each time we reached out to them during our stay.

"We wanted to get away from it all and found it at Three Little Birds. Walking distance to a very nice beach. A golf cart is provided and is great for carrying the cooler and chairs right to the beach. The house is very tastefully decorated, setup complete for all needs like your own home, and well suited to our family's needs. The ground floor has a master bedroom suite. The middle level is the living and dining rooms, plus a full and comfortable kitchen. Although Mom and Dad wanted to get away, the two college and one middle school students needed to stay connected. The internet is fast and supported two Xbox units without any drag. 4K TV in the living room and TVs in each of the bedrooms. The DirectTV service provided many channels, including multiple Spanish channels, and let us all watch what we wanted. There is a charcoal grill with basic utensils. It did our 1" thick steaks very well. An especially nice touch is the "photo album" used to provide instructions for the house and local information. It is the standard example of all the nice touches throughout the beach house. Definitely a fair value enjoyed by the entire family!
