This 2-story gulf front townhome provides plenty of space for the family. The 1st floor offers an open living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area and half bath. The living room opens to the patio, where if you grab a cup of coffee, you can enjoy the morning waves as they crash onto the shore. Traveling to the 2nd floor you will find a King master with a private patio and bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Across the hall is the guest bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and Twin over Full Bunk with a private bath with shower/tub combo. A perfect place for those extra family members or friends.

"Loved my visit at Three Steps To The Beach! Besides the glorious views right outside the windows… The accommodations were just as exceptional! Someone put real thought in designing this rental. I’m really picky about where I sleep.(AKA-Goldilocks) have to say not only was the mattress comfortable the bedding itself was luxurious. I slept so nicely away from home. That’s a true treat in my book. The wonderful accommodations don’t stop there. The entire unit is well appointed. None of the uncomfortable wicker seating, typical beach tchotchkes crowding the space. Everything I needed in the kitchen for meals when I chose to eat inside. Having bikes provided & option to have the rental professionally cleaned midweek, top tier service. Sleek, clean and comfortable a win/win/win! I’ll be back. D. B.

"Perfect spot right on the water! We love this area so much, as you are minutes from everything, but quiet by the property. We spent most of our time on the beach and riding bikes along 30A. Fantastic location!

"My family and I stayed here for four nights in October 2023. This location is just what we were looking for in proximity to the beach as well as being conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and other necessities. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics you would need to start your stay. The absolute best features though are the views and VERY short walk off the back deck to the beach. It really is just a few steps to the sand. I would highly recommend this location and we will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Amazing beach front home!

"The house was perfect. Great location, great floor plan, comfortable bedding, bright clean bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking! The photos were beautiful, but the house was even more so in person. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Sunrise and sunset views on the decks are amazing. "This townhouse is a GEM! The proximity to the beach was the reason we chose this rental and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. We have rented on 30A a number of time and this was the 1st staying in inlet beach. There is LOTS of construction going on around the beach, but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The townhouse was the perfect size as we had our family of four (2 under 3) and in-laws vacationing. The kitchen was well equipped, living area and beds comfortable. I loved the picnic table and chairs on the patio for easy alfresco dining and morning coffee as the kids played in the sand. We will definitely be staying here again.

"Three Steps to the Beach is such a beautifully designed townhome. Wake up facing the Gulf from master suite. Recently renovated and gorgeous. "What a wonderful rental! We have never rented from Paradise Properties before so we took a chance on this property and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we could tell the townhouse was very well kept. Clean and everything laid out perfectly. The view of the ocean was front and center! You don't get any closer to the water than this! Paradise Properties did a wonderful job checking in to make sure we had everything we needed which was much appreciated. "This is an excellent property. It was perfect for my family for the week. Very conveniently located and easy bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The access to the beach is incredible, nothing beats the view. We have been all over the US and this is some of the best water and sand you can find. "The views from the gulf front room and covered porch were gorgeous. Having a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach off the master bedroom was pure bliss. The condo was perfect size, the kitchen was well equipped with more than ample space, the beds were super comfy with luxe linens, the bathrooms were large, and the overall cleanliness of the home was by far the best I have ever experienced with a rental property. We would recommend this home to our family & friends. And hope we will have another opportunity to rent this property again.

"We loved our stay at Three Steps to the Beach. You really can't beat the location and view. Plus, this part of the beach is so much less crowded. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. You're also not far from great restaurants - Donut Hole, the Terrace, La Crema, Amici. We had a great time relaxing at Three Steps and we can't wait to go back.

Convenient Location Small Kids

"My family and I have stayed in this area three times now, and this has been our favorite rental so far. The location is second to none. Having four kids, it was so convenient to walk right out to the water. If we needed a snack, towel, or anything else, we could go right back up to the house to get what we needed quickly without having to walk too far. The beach had a very secluded feel. There are no high rises directly near Inlet beach. There were no crowds, although Panama City is near if you need to make a trip to Publix, Target, or go out to eat. The Donut Hole and Bubba’s Pizza are very close by for convenient meals. The decor of Three Steps is excellent, especially the downstairs. Overall, the cleanliness was very good. The bathrooms could use updating, but they work well enough. It’s a minor complaint considering all of the great things included. The cleaning supplies, washer/dryer and appliances worked very well. I would suggest adding more spoons and non-stick pans/griddle to the kitchen supplies. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-stocked; we were able to cook several meals utilizing the kitchen supplies. There are puzzles and games in the downstairs closet, the TVs work well, and the furniture on the deck/porch are comfortable. It was nice to sit at the picnic table and watch the waves.

"This townhouse is right on the beach. We kept our bedroom door slightly open at night and slept to the music of the surf. It looks newly renovated. The kitchen was furnished with everything needed although superb restaurants within a couple of miles made cooking unnecessary. We came home already planning a return trip in the fall. Highly recommended!

"I can’t say enough about my experience staying at Three Steps to the Beach. The home was very well stocked and everything you need in terms of kitchen tools, appliances, strong wi-fi, nice TV’s, etc., are present in the home. The setting is unbelievable and once you rent gulf front it’s hard to go back to staying at any other location where you don’t have a view of the water. Sunsets were awesome as well and many of the guests staying close by came out to safely share and witness the experience. Three Steps is at the top of my vacation hotspot list and I can’t wait to return!!

"Highly recommend renting this location. When they say three steps it might be five but needless to say you are right on the beautiful beach and get to both hear the waves coming in and look out to the sea directly from the master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The house is well stocked, parking is ample for 2 cars and there is convenient shopping/restaurants within a mile of the location. I have been to many beaches and the sand in this area is literally like powder ... it's incredible and it's only a few steps from where you'll be staying!

"First of all - Location, Location, Location! This condo is on a beautiful and uncrowded beach, but a short drive or bike ride from shops and restaurants if you want to get out and about. "This home has been beautifully renovated. It’s comfortable easy living. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking easy. When we didn’t want to cook in we found amazing restaurants nearby. We rented bikes and easily could ride to restaurants and shopping. We were right on the beach so could easily go for walks or sit outside and enjoy our coffee while listening to the ocean. We found a great company that set up a beautiful bonfire on the beach so we could could enjoy the sunset. We could do that from our balcony as well. Great home with an amazing location.

Beautiful beach house with an amazing view

"This beach house is so beautifully done and very comfortable. It is well stocked for cooking and when we weren’t interested in cooking there’s so many wonderful restaurants nearby. We rented bikes and could easily bike to restaurants and shopping. Being so close to the water gave us an amazing view of the sunsets but found a great company to set up a bonfire on the beach so we could enjoy the sunset this way as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Gulf Views, Beach Front! Walk/Bike to Rosemary!

"We’d go back without hesitation. Inlet Beach is fabulous but the best part of our trip was just being right on the beach. Loved hearing the waves from the master bedroom.You can't beat the location. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever found in a vacation rental.

"We enjoyed our stay at Three Steps to the Beach. Great location. Condo was very nice. Only had a little issue trying to check in as workers were still there renovating outside and stayed until about 7:00 p.m. that night. Otherwise, everything great (even two days of rain was okay with us). Look forward to being there again next year.

"Our family of four stayed at Three Steps for 2 weeks in August, 2019. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and everything we needed was available. The kitchen had everything we normally use back at home and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. This home has been remodeled over the past year or so and the paint, new tile, smooth-coat ceilings (not popcorn) and new stainless steel appliances really add a nice touch. In terms of the beach the view is simply outstanding and you are quite literally just a few steps away from having your toes in the sand. I personally enjoy this part of the beach so much more than Rosemary or Alys where the chairs can be 4-5 rows deep in the summer and you don't even have a view at times without dodging other people. You can get to Rosemary or Alys for the dining/retail scene by bike, walk or car without even getting on Highway 98 which is a real treat. It's great to have access to the other beaches when you want it, but I don't need it on top of me my whole stay. You can't go wrong with this unit and I would highly recommend staying at Three Steps!

"What a wonderful condo in a fabulous location right on the beach! I’d highly recommend this relaxing, comfortable and beautifully appointed home where you can walk right down to the water with your coffee or wine and enjoy the waves lapping at your feet. It’s secluded enough that you can enjoy some privacy and quiet but also close enough of a walk or drive to shops and restaurants when you want to get out and mingle. It’s the perfect getaway and has everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation. Book it and enjoy!

"This property is literally steps away from the beach. Awesome view of the ocean from the townhouse. Spacious master bedroom. Loved the decor of the living and dining space. This beach is not as busy or crowded as Panama City Beach; which I loved! However, if you want to go to a more active beach then PCB is minutes away. I hope to visit again next year.

"We absolutely loved this unit! It was so nice to be right on the ocean! We kept the sliding doors open and it felt like we were on the beach even when we were inside! The upstairs balcony off the master bedroom was perfect for star gazing at night! So many wonderful restaurants in the area but not crowded at this end of the beach. Unit was very clean and updated! "Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay. Condo was fully equipped, beds were comfy, and the beach was as close as you can get. Bring a little extra TP, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The condo supplies enough to get by but we needed a little extra. All in all we loved the place and plan to go back. I actually am not sure I want people to know what a great spot we found!

"Three Steps offers amazing views, best beach location along 30A, and a well equipped home with everything you need to make a first class vacation! We rented bikes and rode to Rosemary and Alys Beach for lunch and dinners. Had wonderful meals at The Terrace Restaurant, George's, La Crema, Cafe Thirty A and the Donut Hole. The weather and beach were perfect. We will continue returning to Three Steps for our beach trips!

Nearby Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beaches offer an array of casual and fine dining, all just a short walk or bike ride away. This is the only place to stay if you want to be right on the beach. "We loved staying RIGHT on the beach - and can't imagine a future vacation without beachfront now that we've experienced it! The property was well-furnished. We loved the decor/layout and enjoyed cooking all of our meals in the great kitchen. Food allergies keep us from dining out but we had the best seat at the beach each night on the patio's picnic table with front row view of the waves. Tropical Storm Alberto couldn't even mess up the week - we enjoyed watching the big waves from the safety and comfort of the sofa! The management company called to check on us after the storm and again at the end of our stay. The coffee maker carafe had a crack which we discovered the first morning. I submitted a repair request on the management company's app and a new coffee maker was delivered within an hour! Destin Ice Market 30A was super convenient for to-go fresh steamed shrimp, crab dip, etc. Publix also nearby. We enjoyed biking to Rosemary, Alys (& the nature trail) - on the rainy days we explored Panama City and Destin - Three Steps is between the two. We are already looking for dates for our next stay in Three Steps!

"We enjoyed our stay at “three steps to the beach” the townhome was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. We've stayed at many places along 30a over the last 8 years and this was by far the easiest walk to the beach-no steep, long stair cases over the dunes. We were able to sit on the deck while our 3 kids played in the sand. Inlet beach was definitely less crowded than 30a beaches and a lot less traffic driving around. The decor in the townhome is minimal, beautiful and beachy. The ice maker and washing machine were not working, but were both repaired within hours of me letting them know. Great service!

"This townhouse is AWESOME! You just can't beat staying right on the beach and being able to look out the windows to see such beautiful water and hear the waves when you open the sliding glass doors. This beach tends to be less crowded than the others nearby. You're close to a lot of great restaurants. Very relaxing and we had a great time.

"Already love Inlet Beach, but this was our the first time in this unit. Three Steps was very comfortable (nice linens, spacious, clean, open space of guest belongings, well-stocked). It is right on the beach--just walk down a couple of steps and the white sand and emerald waters are ready for you to enjoy. Nice appliances, comfortable bedding, etc. Love the views from the master balcony. On the lower level patio there is a picnic table for dining as well. Not super private on the downstairs patio, but all in all a wonderful unit in a fabulous location.

Location, location, location..

"I just can't say enough about this place as well as the location. How can you beat not just being on the beach, but seeing and hearing the ocean right out of your window with no obstructions? On top of that add in a sunny blue sky for the holidays and I just might stay there for good. We were very pleased with the updates that have been made to this home over the years which include the ceilings, tile floors, new appliances, new furniture, flat screen TV's, etc. The property was clean and well-maintained and the property manager touched base with us throughout the week just to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend 3 Steps to friends and family and what I like most about it is you are just minutes away from walking, biking or dining in Rosemary and Alys Beach without being in the middle of it. Those beaches can get stacked up with rows and rows of chairs and this location allows you to enjoy the beach in a much more relaxed fashion. You just can't beat it.

"This Unit was so comfortable and inviting, it is decorated very simply and beautiful. The Location and view is incredible. "My family and I booked a last minute vacation and it couldn't have worked out better! The gulf waters were so calm like glass and we enjoyed hanging out on the decks watching the sunset and the dolphins in the mornings. The unit is nicely renovated and had great decor. "I've seen other listings say "gulf front" and then been disappointed because you can't even see the ocean from any spot in the place unless you stretch your neck to look around the corner of the balcony. The pictures of this townhouse don't lie. It is gorgeous and RIGHT ON the beach. This townhouse had all we needed for a more than comfortable and relaxing stay away from home. There's a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, washer and dryer, super convenient half bath on the main floor, good water pressure in the showers, comfy beds and everything is well maintained and clean. Additionally, the townhouse is in such a good location. The beach isn't crowded, and it's not far at all from great dining and attractions. Listening to the waves crash day and night from the upstairs balcony or downstairs patio is so relaxing. We can't wait to go back!

Best Part of the Beach

"This location could not be better. The listing name is appropriate, you are on the beach. It is a little bit of what I call "Old Florida": the setting is low key with some people around, no big crowds and just other houses around you (no bars or other beach front businesses). This is a great place to go to the "beach" and relax. All of the bustle\action of Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach are a short drive away but only when you want it. The townhouse is well maintained and well equiped. Cooking meals was a pleasure because there were nice things to use for cooking. There were five of us (two adults and three teenage kids). The lay out worked well, even on days when the weather was not perfect and you had to be inside more than you intended. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and reasonably well appointed. I would recommend this anyone who wants to relax on a beautiful beach but still wants access to good restaurants and other activities.

"★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven! Literally, eight steps to sand that is so soft!! This townhouse is loaded with luxuries, more than complete kitchen, high end appliances and the best views in the area.
