"The unit #311 was very nice, clean and comfortable. The 3rd floor was perfect not to low and not to high up, I loved the view from 3rd floor. Beautiful views. I would highly recommend it and Paradise Properties for being so kind and professional and answering any of my questions. Thank you for being so prompt and answering phone calls when I needed you! "Clean rooms, nice view. Check in and out were quite busy. They had an elevator attendant to help speed the use of the elevator during peak times. We enjoyed our stay.

"I really enjoyed our stay, it’s a quiet building, has all the immenities for teenagers, and an unforgettable view of the Gulf. Luckily the elevators weren’t a problem for us because we were on the third floor. We felt very safe and will be back again soon!
