Amazing views!

"We had a wonderful time staying at watersound! The property is gorgeous and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful and the watersound neighborhood is full of so many cute homes. The property is close by to a little shopping center where you can rent bikes or get food which was so convenient. We were worried about the parking situation before we arrived (watersound only allows for two cars to park near the property). But this ended up not being a big deal because the main entrance (by the large gate house area) has a parking lot and it’s a very short drive or even a short walk away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Great views! Couple issues

"Overall it was a great condo with great views. The complex has become tired and needs a good pressure wash along with some new updates. Inside the condo was great but the main TV in the living did not work at all so no college football or NFL. It was expensive after all of the extra fees - seems like the rentals on 30a have doubled in process.

"Pros: Clean, safe, gated neighborhood. 180 degree beach view is excellent. Large deck that is shaded in the morning and evening. Sunset view and cool breezes. Ample outdoor furniture. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Very large master bedroom and bath. Plenty of closet storage. Comfortable beds and indoor furniture. Garage parking for one car with a little room to store beach items. Private location with little to no foot traffic and neighbor noise. One level is great for older guests. Close proximity to the club. Cons and Suggestions: Inform guests that neighborhood gate access requires a bar-code (not just that they must first check-in at the security gate). Give guests the address for the Main Gate where the security guard is located. Inform guests that 2 beach wagons, 2 boogie boards, and 6 beach towels are included. We didn't know and needlessly brought our own. Include a starter number of K-cups. Replace the coffee maker that leaks around carafe. Repair the backdoor that's missing bolts to secure it shut (even when locked, it occasionally swings open when the front door is opened). Inform guests that the back doors have French locks. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is longer than most others. Inform guests that they must walk through brown water to reach the beach in about 8 minutes or walk about 14 minutes over a bridge. INCLUDE IN THE PRICE AT LEAST A BEACH UMBRELLA AND TWO CHAIR SET-UP BY DOLCE VITA (lack of this item is very disappointing for the price). No kitchen pantry with basic cooking supplies (spices, sugar, etc.) Tell guests how to obtain club access and the related cost since it's no longer included. No Kleenex. The AC unit is very loud. The deck needs boards replaced (some were rough and had splinters).

"The views are spectacular! We love staying here. The location is so convenient to everything. We also love that we can bring our senior little dog as well. Only thing I would suggest is to have some of your gorgeous custom bedding and pillows dry cleaned. Looking forward to our stay next year.

What a view!!

"We loved our stay and would stay at Views from Above again. The view from both major bedrooms and the den and kitchen is perfect. The layout is great for three couples or two couples and up to four children. Furniture and furnishings were dated but luxury pieces in their day. Most linens and towels were better than average but for some reason the master sheets were old with a few holes and not top quality. Same with one or two towels, worn or torn. Not sure how these slipped through. Kitchen is well appointed, laundry equipment top of the line, ice machine appreciated and the appliances were top notch. The walk to the condo from parking and to the beach from the condo are long but pleasant. Would not recommend for folks that cannot make a .46 mile trek to the beach. Beach is the best in U.S., so sure don't mind a walk. Beach service is excellent. Thanks for allowing us to stay. Darrell

"Absolutely love this beautiful property! Stunning views of the ocean and the dune lake! Large deck is great for relaxing and stargazing. The master suite is spacious and inviting and far enough from the other bedrooms for some added privacy! We have been staying here for several years and look forward to this trip every year!

Beautiful Condo , amazing view!!

"I was worried traveling during the pandemic to Florida. The condo was clean and provided everything we need to enjoy our stay without the need to venture out. It was clean , elegantly designed and comfortable . The beach was a 5 minute walk and was not crowded. Water sound gated community provided the private beach experience that we were looking for. When we didn't go to the beach the views from the balcony was amazing!!Our kids had an amazing time playing and relaxing all day on the beach. I am definitely looking forward to coming back soon!
